I am a frequent customer and have always enjoyed coming here to place my orders. I would even consider myself a loyal customer. However, I had a very disappointing experience on July 8, 2025, which I feel compelled to share.
When I came in to order, I politely informed the woman pictured that I wanted to order the Harissa Avocado. While I was still reviewing the available items, she abruptly skipped over me and started preparing the plate without my confirmation. I explained that I hadn’t had the chance to see what she had placed on the plate and kindly asked to verify it. This was important to me because in a previous visit, there were items missing from my order.
Rather than acknowledging my concern, the staff member—who appeared to be the manager or head server at the time—refused to take my order altogether. To my surprise and dismay, she even stated that she would call the police, despite me remaining calm and simply requesting to see what I was being served.
This experience was both upsetting and deeply disappointing. I believe no customer—especially one who has shown loyalty—deserves to be treated this way. It was an unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational response to a reasonable request.
I don’t know who is responsible for managing this location, but I sincerely hope the issue of customer service and respectful treatment will be addressed. Until then, I would not feel comfortable recommending this...

I came in to order the Spiced Lamb+ and approached a staff member, who I later realized was the manager. While I was still reviewing the food options, she abruptly skipped ahead and started assembling a plate without confirming my order. I politely informed her that I hadn’t yet seen what was being put on the plate and explained that I’ve previously received incorrect items in my order.
Despite my respectful tone, she added food to my plate that I specifically did not want. When I tried to express that, she responded rudely and told me to either take the plate or leave the premises. This level of disrespect is unacceptable—especially toward a customer who has supported your business for years.
