Rohobot Ethiopian Restaurant — Restaurant in Silver Spring

I ordered twice from this restaurant through Grubhub and both times got an order completely different from what I ordered. The first time I thought the delivery guy gave me the wrong order and I called Grubhub for a refund. So, I said this week let me see if I can get the fried fish I didn't get last week, low and behold I get the same "whatever keep of stew this is again ". So I called the restaurant to speak to the manager ( who was rude as F and he told me 'yeah we don't have fried fish' and Im like why do have it on the menu? And he says there's fish in that tomatoe-ish stew and Im like I ordered a fried fish and a salad. He could care less and said sorry and hung up the phone me. I would never go to this restaurant and i urge everyone else not to as well. Terrible service bait and...

We just had one of the worst customer service at this restaurant! We are repeated customer and who had good experience before...but today was totally different and very rude! The owner told us that we can’t order maheberawy/meat combination since they are busy cooking catering orders. That was very upsetting to us, but I still want to give him a chance...and requested another order for 50/50 he came back and told us we can’t order that neither, but if we order two or separate orders he will take it but he wouldn’t take a combination orders, since they are busy! Clearly this wasn’t because they are busy this was financial decision!!! To say the least he lost 3 customers and a pending catering order for 20 people! Very bad...

I am usaual customer at Rohobot Restuarant. These are my best dishies: first Tib fit-fit (pieces of spiced beef cooked and injera mixed together) It is delicious, spiced and soft.

my second preference is Vegie Combo (Slicy Lentils,Yellow Peas,Collard Greens and house salad) It is colourful, delicious and so testy.

My third preference is the famous Awaze Tibs. Wow It has great aroma, mouth watering and well spiced with ethiopian hearbs.

Another special secret is the awaze spice that they provide with tibs. It is great flavour, spicy and really reminds me my ho me country ethiopia.
