Enebla Ethiopian Restaurant — Restaurant in Silver Spring

First time I had a veggie combo from this restaurant  after checking feedback from their website. I do not like it at all. I do not know if maybe it is the injera that makes it taste different. Second, I ordered it online and stated in the note section (please add only one Ethiopian injera), and I received it and was ready/ hungry to eat, but they did not add the Ethiopian injera. I called to complain and to deliver my one injera. The manager (I guess) said we could do a refund. I do not want that $3 to be refunded to me. All I need is my one injera, because that is what I eat if I do not bring my own injera that I make in the house and none of the other injera that they provide. This place is notorious for missing items on delivery orders! You should place someone capable of comprehending basic English instructions to tend to delivery orders. Whoever responsible is doing an absolute horrendous job. If this has happened to me more than 5 times, I wonder how many other people have had a similar issue when ordering delivery from this restaurant. The food isn’t great either, it’s just relatively cheaper compared to other Ethiopian restaurants around the area. But the price is still quite expensive for the quality of the food. If quality of food is highest priority, try Shalla restaurant. They have amazing food but bit more pricey. But definitely better than paying $15 for food made...

I’ve been a loyal Enebla customer for about 1-2 years. Every time I have visited Enebla, the staff welcome me with such care and ease. I feel like I am at home and the cashier is really easy-going. The foods are splendid and never disappoint. I normally go for the shirro or spaghetti but this time I went for their infamous tibs, words cannot explain how amazing it was.
