Our condo was small but adequate and clean...however we were pretty disappointed with the community hot tub area. Our keys to hot tub didn't work the first night, but we figured it was because it was 45 mins after 9pm (close time). The second night we made sure to get there by 7pm... The cards still didn't work (and no, they were not demagnetized). Rather than trying to spend the next hour finding someone to open the door, one of our group jumped the wall and let us in. Then we found yet another closed/locked door on the inside to hot tub... Which our keys also didn't work. Luckily we noticed one of the windows into hot tub area was open and we were able to get entrance that way. The 3rd day (morning) we called to report our keys to main areas, specifically to hot tub, did not work. It took a few hours, but they eventually delivered new keys.... That we once again found out, didn't work! We had to jump the wall again. This time the hot tub door was locked but ajar slightly so no need to climb in through window. Didn't appreciate having to feel like burglars. Also the hot tub was gross every night. Either it's not well maintained or it is not designed well. I've never seen so much grow film around the edges. We love to soak our tired legs after skiing all day, but we didn't even try on the 4th night because it was such a hassle...

Great community, great setup w/ heated pool + hot tub + sauna (varies b/w condos). Last stop before Keystone on the free bus. Parking wasn't full when we went Thanksgiving week. Sidewalks all nicely snowblower cleared, other renters/tennents were courteous by cleaning snow off boots...

We booked through AirBnB and this place was awesome. I always will take an AirBnB over a hotel. Here all 7 of us were able to sleep comfortably. The loft was really cool with the two beds up there. Nothing beats having a living room to hangout in after a long day on...
