Mountain Burgers — Restaurant in Silverton

I’m probably being generous with four stars, but I’ve only been in once, and I’m hoping this place can make some changes to see its full potential. I’ll offer a couple suggestions:

Offer option for NO fries. 🍟 I like the simplicity of the menu, but it would be easy enough to have fries listed as, say $2 off, the same way you can add on other things. Plenty of people don’t like eating fried food, plus the fries are only mediocre, and they certainly don’t keep well if you’re doing a carry out order.

Work on a system for texting people when their order is ready. That way if they want to hang out outside (or need to to take care of kids, dogs, etc.), they can easily know when their order is ready. This should also help reduce some of the crowding inside. 📱

Work on improving customer service. My experience was rather neutral; not rude, but also not very friendly. Given the experiences being reported by a number of other customers here on Google, it seems some training in CS is in order. As others have said, being friendly is free, and really helps establish repeat customers. 😊

I was really hoping this place would be a good one but honestly I have been pretty disappointed. The burgers aren't bad but it seems like they are just prefrozen patties with no flavor. The fries are a little better but seems to be prefrozen as well. Their shakes are pretty good.

The real issue with this place is the lack of customer service. I get if you miss something or make a mistake. As annoying as that can be, this place is new and they are all learning their roles and how to do things efficiently. It's when a mistake is made and all I get is attitude. No apology, or sincerity with wanting to make it right, just stink eye and/or shortness like I'm the inconvenience. This has been the case every time I have come here and this will be my last time.

I'm willing to overlook mediocre food if someone is nice about the service but I'm not going to support a business that can't be humble with their mistakes. Hopefully they will change if they get the...

Spotted this cute new place on my way through Silverton and pulled in. Lots of parking available as it's in a little shopping complex. I was warmly welcomed by the friendly Seán and he took my order. I had the veggie burger, fries and a chocolate shake. He brought my shake out right away and the food followed soon after. Everything was delicious and the food was hot and the shake was super yummy!
