Godfather's Pizza — Restaurant in Silvis

My Google score does not reflect how much I enjoy the pizza at Godfather's, because I really do enjoy it. Godfather's has its own taste and some of their pizzas are my favorite versions of that style of pie. Their taco pizza is one of the best! This is the first time I've posted a negative rating on Google and it paints me to do so.

My rating is 3 Stars because I have had issues with their service multiple times. Their people at the counter do not seem very knowledgeable about their food items, their menu, or how to provide quality/friendly service. On my most recent trip they did not seem to care at all about interacting with me and we're not personable at all. When I brought up a concern they sat there blankly and didn't offer any help to maybe improve my happiness with my order.

Getting orders consistently right and being friendly with customers is something they should improve on. Definitely go for the food, the nice new location, but be patient if there are mistakes.

Updated - I really appreciate when businesses take the time to respond to feedback. The management at Godfather's is obviously on par with the quality of their food. I agree in these times many businesses are looking to new employees and it will take time to get them to their best. Like I said the key is probably patience. I recently ordered pizza from Godfather's Pizza and had an excellent experience thanks to Dylan! From start to finish, Dylan went above and beyond to ensure that my order was exactly what I wanted and that I was completely satisfied with my meal.

Not only was Dylan friendly and personable, but he was also incredibly knowledgeable about the different menu options and helped me make the best choices for my order. He even took the time to check with the kitchen and make sure that my special requests were accommodated.

When my pizza arrived, it was hot, delicious, and exactly what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I know that Dylan was a big part of making it so enjoyable.

Overall, I would highly recommend Godfather's Pizza to anyone looking for a great pizza experience, and I would especially like to commend Dylan for his exceptional customer service. He truly went above and beyond, and I will definitely be a returning customer thanks to him. Five stars all around!

P.S. I MISS...

Ordered a large pizza with extra sauce for carry out last night. I went to pick up the pizza and checked the pizza for the extra sauce since the past two times I ordered the pizza there was no extra sauce on it. I saw that the pizza barely had extra sauce on it. And I asked the girls at the counter why there was no extra sauce. Both girls responded with an attitude and said well we don’t make the pizzas. I then asked for a manager who was a young lady as well and told her the situation. She made another pizza with the extra sauce. She then said she put a credit on my account for the mistake. Since I am paying for xtra sauce I expect extra sauce on my pizza. This store also needs to address their customer service issues with the bad attitudes when customers come in with complaints.
