Table 570 is an Asian fusion restaurant. It is owned by the Zen Restaurant Group, which has a few restaurants in CT. This restaurant was large and elegant. The parking lot was also spacious and easy to get in and out of. My family and I dined there on Saturday for lunch. The service was good too. I started off with a single size scorpion bowl; I liked the famous drink, it's fruity and tropical. My kids liked their plain lo-mein; it's also a huge portion with plenty leftover. We were hungry so we started off with the yellowtail and scallion sushi roll; it's super fresh and melted in my mouth good. They also serve fusion tacos; we opted for the teriyaki beef bao bun taco. This came with lettuce, bean sprouts, sesame seeds, scallions, ginger, and soy. I was a fan, but not sure if it's really fusion since it's just a regular bao bun with toppings. For my entree, I went for the classic, General Tso's chicken with white rice. The flavor was good! I liked that it had slices of zucchini, peppers, carrots, in a hot pepper tangy sauce. The portions were good too. They have an extensive menu with so many other food I want to try. From pad Thai, curry, teriyaki, to sushi; there is something for everyone. The cocktails were tasty sounding too. My family and I look forward to going back again.

We recently visited this restaurant after reading the good reviews. We do not live in this area, so it was our first time dining out in this town. I ordered a lychee martini. This martini was very heavy on lime juice. I did ask the bartender to correct it, and he brought back a martini that was a completely different color, as you can see with the pictures. It was an improvement, but it was clear that the recipe needed to be worked on. I did order a third one just to compare between the first two and that coloring was slightly different as well. Additionally, we ordered homemade dumplings, which were delicious. I ordered chicken and broccoli, which came without any sort of sauce. That was puzzling. My husband ordered noodles with beef, chicken, and shrimp. His had a brown sauce, and he really enjoyed his. The prices are not cheap here, and I suppose that was disappointing for me considering the reviews that I had read online and what was delivered to us. It just didn't match up. While this restaurant is not terrible by any means, there are some inconsistencies that need to be worked out before I would drive back here to dine again.

We are regulars at all of the Zen restaurants (especially Table 570, La Figata and At the Barn), and Table 570 is by far my favorite. Not only have we had nothing but positive experiences with their management, waitstaff, and ownership, but the sushi is out of this world, dare I say the best I've ever had in Connecticut (and I have been eating sushi for over a decade and used to swear by the now-defunct Sapporo's in Wethersfield and the Ginza that replaced it prior to this place opening, thinking nothing could ever match either, let alone surpass them). The tuna (the otoro and the standard bluefin tuna that they serve) and yellowtail are personal favorites of mine, always fresh and beautiful, and their house specialty maki are full of flavor (I've had a number of different ones, but I usually order a Hopmeadow roll and you can't go wrong with that). I love their hot and sour soup, too, and their housemade gyoza dumplings. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about Table 570. I hope this place stays in business forever.

We have eaten at most of the Zen Restaurants. Unfortunatly this was a first and last visit. I made a reservation and when we entered, take out customers, no matter when they got there were taken care of before dine in customers were even talked to. As we waited to talk to someone for our reservation, a 4 some, sat at the Sushi bar, a first come first served seat. As the hostess turned to seat us, now almost 15 minutes after the reservation time, she walks away to the bar seated customers. Now more than 15 minutes waiting, we are seated. When staff was asked about having a reservation and walk in and take out, we were told that the people at the bar sat down first and that was why they were being served first. They are being served by the hostesses that you would think should be seating and cashing out customers that are packed into the entry. I asked if having a reservation meant anything? This all prior to seating any other customer. I watched as 2 or 3 hostesses stayed with the customers at the bar and left others waiting. Obviously you need to be friendly or a friend of a hostess to have service. After another 20 minutes waiting at the table our drinks finally came. The waitress was the best service we received the entire night. The manager came over to apologize again for the wait and lack of service. I told her that I would not return there again due to the poor management and service. She turned and walked away. This was an opportunity to retain a customer. She didn't seam to care. Now they can have their favorite customers and not worry about any others getting in the way. The only Zen group restaurant that I have ever been treated this way. Throughout the time we were there, the hostesses were at the Sushi bar on and off the entire time with the other customers, even when there were customers at the front counter. When we left a young boy/man was at the hostess desk in a tee shirt. It is a shame that a business that has done so well, has a location with such poor...

This was my worst experience at a restaurant. We came here for lunch, granted it was Easter. It was three of us, and never in my life have I had to go get the waiter myself for anything at all. Granted- there was another waiter, whom just ignored the table completely. You’d think in restaurant service “hmm, no one has checked on that table yet- let me go see how they are” but no. Just ignored. But when other tables came in, they were tended to just fine. Maybe some slight subconscious colorism was involved there. Which I never seen or experienced at a restaurant until I came here. Large group came in after us 10-20 minutes later- was served water and drinks (mind you my family members drink which was non alcoholic wasn’t out yet, had to ask again for it).

Not only was the service bad, the food was worse. I’ve never had a dish I didn’t finish. My tacos were cold, flavorless. My family member got scallops fried- said they had the consistency of rubber. It was so bad she didn’t finish either, and spit out a scallop she was eating. Our order had mistakes twice, not sure if it was just a bad day or what. We were not asked how our food was or if we need anything during. I will say the spider roll was good, as was the crab Rangoons- and chicken fingers (basic dishes). Couple of positive things from this location.

I love dessert but because the food was so bad and the service was also not good we decided not to stay and indulge. The service took so long, I ended up having to walk to the front to pay. Which is ridiculous. Like we didn’t exist and were totally forgotten.

The ambiance is gorgeous, the location is a nice location. But all those things mean nothing when the food, and the service does not match. I hope these are things they will improve on...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Table 570 Asian Fusion in Simsbury, CT, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the modern Asian fusion concept. The décor is stylish yet cozy, making it an ideal spot for a casual meal or a special night out.

Now, let’s talk about the food – simply amazing! The menu is a delightful blend of traditional Asian flavors with a contemporary twist. Every dish I tried was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The sushi rolls were fresh and creative, with just the right balance of textures and flavors. I highly recommend the Dragon Roll and the Spicy Tuna – they are to die for!

But the highlight of the night had to be the entrees. The General Tso’s Chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and had a perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The Pad Thai was another standout, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The portions were generous, and you could tell the ingredients were of top-notch quality.

The service was also impeccable. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and ensuring that every need was met with a smile. It’s rare to find such a combination of excellent food and outstanding service, but Table 570 nails it.

If you're in the Simsbury area and looking for a spot that offers a unique and delicious dining experience, Table 570 Asian Fusion should be at the top of your list. Whether you're a sushi lover or crave classic Asian dishes with a twist, this place has something for everyone. I'll definitely...
