It was insane. We went into the building at 9:45 where we stood in line for 10 minutes when one of the guys working took our order. He was the only highlight of this trip to Starbucks. He was kind, professional, and overall good at his job. I wish I would’ve got his name honestly. Another positive was how clean everything was. But after waiting until 10:20, and people who came in after me had gotten their drinks, I finally went to ask how my order was going. I was IGNORED at the counter. Nobody would look at me or talk to me. I had been more than patient the entire time and sometimes you just need a gentle reminder. If I wouldn’t have said something, I’d probably still be standing there. I finally got our drinks, and they messed one of them up. I was honestly just fed up with this visit. I try to remember that a lot of customers have bad attitudes and the staff is doing the best they can. But with at least 5 people working, this shouldn’t have happened. I don’t see myself...
Read moreI travel a lot. And one thing I always look forward to is the consistency of my Starbucks experience. This Starbucks was insert thumb down emoji. The baristas at most Starbucks are hopped up on caffeine with mile long smiles and zooming around to get your drink to you. Not here. And with all that time, they still messed up my drink, knew they messed it up, and had the audacity to hand it to me saying “sorry I messed up your cold foam. I put the water in after the foam.” So there wasn’t even foam anymore. I don’t think the people in Sioux City care about these issues much, but...
Read moreOn May 3, 2017 at about 12:45 PM I went through the drive-through and ordered a grande flat white. I was given a tall flat white and when I said I had paid for a grande I waited A grande cup was given to me. As I drove away and tasted the coffee it did not taste anything like a flat white which is the only coffee I ever order from Starbucks. It tasted as if regular brewed coffee was added to a flat white perhaps. So I went back into the store and asked for a new Grande flat white and the barista made one for me but only used one shot (it appeared to me)and when I left and tasted it it did taste like a flat white but a very weak one. I do not think the barista understood that a grande flat white would require three shots. I'm very disappointed with...
