Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Sioux City

Awful experience. I used to live in the Midwest and coming home and getting Scooter’s is always a treat. I understand that COVID-19 has caused issues everywhere with understaffing. 45 minute wait…is ridiculous and that was just to order. It took another 5-10 to even receive our order after we pulled up to the window. We didn’t have complicated orders or multiple. We ordered one blender and one hot coffee. We would have left but the narrow drive through makes it hard so you get stuck. Both times we visited, our orders have been messed up. Even after continuously repeating our orders, it was messed up. Very disappointed and unfortunately this is where I stop going. I’m sad to see such a nostalgic favorite of mine...

I have been going here for quite some time with my wife as a go to because it's good. I usually get a peanut butter crunch blender and my wife gets a Mocha blended with whip cream but both of our drinks don't seem like the usual? Did something change or what's going on or maybe it just wasn't a consistent morning...
