My go to Wendy's although most recent visit turned out very bad. Waited a good 20 mins total in drive thru and was only 2 cars ahead of me. I even did an online pickup order. Got to the window and had to wait at least 10 mins here. I asked what is going on. I dud the online order 30 mins b4 I arrived, cmon. My order was simple with couple burgers, sm chili, Lrg soda, 2- lrg strawberry frostees. I asked 2 more times and wasn't given an answer. Then the drive thru last told a young male something and he went over to the grill area came back handed something to her, she tossed in bag and like rushed me off. I said my chili? He had to go somewhere in back to get my chili put in bag and finally I couod go. Got home and they gave me a bowl of chili broth no meat beans etc, and gave me 2 tiny shriveled up chicken sandwiches that I certainly didnt order. I was so mad. I called the store told the mgr and she had to be the lady at the drive thru. She didn't really care to hear my complaint. I told her u wanted my whole meal replaced. Soda frostys included. She told me to go tell the day shift mgr that's it ?? Very disappointed. Wasted $12. Threw the chicken sandwiches in trash and the chili broth tossed as well. Couldn't believe this. And this is my go to fast food restaurant. Not anymore. She failed miserably. I love Wendy's chili too. Wish they had another size other than small which is $2-$3, or a large but it's too expensive $7-$8. I can't remember exactly. Why not a medium chili. Hello people. Very very disappointed. Read moreI worked here 5 days. Almost nobody washes their hands, almost nobody Wears gloves with ready to eat food. Timers are ignored and customers are constantly fed expired products. Nobody cleans at all, the sandwich boards are filthy, containers with several day old dried, caked on gunk. This store DOES NOT use any sanitizer at any station despite state and federal food codes requiring sanitizer solution and clean cloths at each station.
They do not properly order and are frequently out of food, and what they do have is often improperly labeled and rotated. Staff help themselves to fries, nuggets, etc with bare hands out of the same batches customers get.
Most the staff spends more time on cell phones than doing their jobs, cleaning or stocking, or serving customers.
Finally...not only are e cigarettes used BY STAFF IN THE STORE, they also like to use "dab pens" literally using Marijuana on clock, on camera in the store. At times feet from the drive Thru Window or front Counter.
If ever a store needed immediately closed this one is it. Completely lost cause and none of the staff care at all. If this allowed zero or negative stars that's what it would...
Read moreI really like Wendy’s when you get a good fresh meal. This location has been increasingly frustrating. Seems like about 1 out of 5-6 times I’m missing something I ordered. At least half the time, they don’t make the order the way I ask. I am allergic to tomatoes and ask for them not to be on. The receipt will indicate this. Yet I’m still pulling tomato off 1/3 the time and using a napkin to try and remove all juice and remnants of it. So, I’m also removing the mayo and such doing so. Gets frustrating. About 10-20% of the time, it’s seems they are out of something I want, like a frosty. Also, not sure I can recall a time that I’ve actually received fries that tasted fresh. I really like Wendy’s in general, so hope they can improve, as it’s been this way for quite some time.
