I want to preface this review by saying that Charelle was absolutely fantastic. The rest, not so much... Went there with our kids for supper. We ordered the nachos and the kids ordered the spinach and artichoke dip. After about 20 minutes, out came the slightly overcooked/overheated nachos. They were decent despite the crispy outer parts but didn't come out hot. We asked about the spinach and artichoke dip and the person that dropped it off said to let our server know. Charelle came back pretty quickly to see how things came out. We said we didn't get the spinach dip and she said she'd check and be right back. She came back and said the kitchen ran out. The kitchen should have let her know right away so we could order a replacement. Now our kids are sitting there with no appetizer and we're eating our warm (not hot) one. We placed our order and wait 40 minutes. We were just ready to go someplace else and Charelle tells us it's coming out soon. Another few minutes and sure enough, there it is. The fries were smoking hot and really good. My Italian sandwich wasn't hot, wasn't cold. The pizza was leaning towards cold--it had clearly been sitting out for a bit. French dip was good. The chicken sandwich was good; could have been warmer/hot. Overall, the service was great. The food, not so much. Had we gotten the food right away it would have been one thing, but to sit and wait and then get served less than hot food was disappointing. We may give it another try at some point--they certainly have a comprehensive menu--they just need to have better communication between the kitchen and wait staff. It has potential if their kitchen could get their stuff together. They weren't even very busy; I can't imagine the chaos on a busy night.

Ordered 5 bowls of soup, 4 chicken dumpling and one tomato basil. Wait staff came back about 20 minutes later to tell us they only had 3 chicken dumpling and that the tomato soup was still frozen. We took the 3 soups and replaced the other with a side salad. The 3 soups came out about 10 minutes later and they were cold. Like the bowl and everything, nothing was warm, wait staff had to have known but still served it anyway. We sent them all back to be heated up, which took about another 10 minutes. Pretzel bites were ok, queso was mildly warm temp wise. Nachos came out burnt, again, how the wait staff (or anyone felt it was ok to serve these I will never understand. 2 wraps were brought out about 20 minutes after everyone else got their food and the only thing that was correct was the sauce on them. They were supposed to come with cabbage and carrots, they were loaded with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Had to pick them apart to just eat the chicken. We spent about 90 minutes there and $120 that could have been spent elsewhere, but after we complained about the nachos our wait staff never came back to check on us. So we just paid the bill in cash and left, with a tip included even though the service was shoty at best. I’ve never been so upset about spending money on a meal as I was tonight, and calling it a meal is not accurate the way everything was done.

I ordered shrimp and chicken pasta and mbb burger. The food took 45min i asked the manager where our food was. It's about a 1/2 hour, and he said he would be right back. I've never seen him again. The table that came in behind us. Got their food 10 minutes before us. Then when we did get our food finely, it was room temperature. The pasta didn't know what they did to the shrimp. But gross the sauce tasted, like they got it from the dollar store that was expired. We took 2 bites of our food and left it behind the manager walked by. Never said nothing didn't get a discount or anything. There was only one table in the restaurant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

We stayed at the hotel last night and decided to order food from Boston Pizza. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing short of frustrating. First, they delivered the wrong order. We had to wait while they rushed to remake our food. They assured us that they would refund our order, but the refund never came through. To make matters worse, they offered to cover a drink for the inconvenience but never actually gave us the drink.

When we finally received the correct order, we took it back to our room and ate the wings and nachos. Unfortunately, about 45 minutes later, both of us got sick. We spoke to the hotel manager, who then contacted the kitchen manager. The kitchen manager met with us but only handed us his business card and didn't actually do anything to address the issue.

Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. We expected better from a place like Boston Pizza and would strongly caution others against...
