Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

I do not typically write negative reviews however, I am really saddened by the experience I had here on 6/29. We had an order of 8 sandwiches for pick-up. I ordered all the sandwiches online and typed in each recipients name as multiple people ordered the same thing. And it was a pretty hefty bill. I guess expecting decent sandwiches was too much. Not only were a number of the sandwiches missing items(not extra items) the sandwiches were not labeled. No name, no number, nothing. The two jumbo sizes were the only ones labeled which didn’t even matter since one was hot and one was cold. We had to open each sandwich up to figure out which number it was. I emailed customer service right away and we are now going on 8 days of zero response. Apparently Jersey Mikes does not really care much about their customers. We won’t be going back...

Just straight disappointing... Now let me dig into this a little bit which brought me to such a conclusion. My girlfriend who happens to be white orders prior to me the gentleman takes her order. He helps with every single thing possible. Then when I'm up to order he proceeds to avoid making eye contact proceeds to start talking with co-workers instead and then proceeds to start cleaning and putting away the equipment as though I do not exist. I then coughed to try and draw attention. However, he proceeds to clean up and store things away at a louder pace. So i then decide to disregard the sandwich. I pay for my girlfriend's meal and I leave again straight...

My family and I love this place. I've been to Philadelphia and had one of the top philly cheese steak locations. Jersey Mike's philly is better hands down. Even if you are not a fan of the philly, their cold subs cans hold their own with massive helpings. Tonight, we had our first bad experience. Purchased 3 subs, only received 2. It's at least a 20 minute round trip to get my order, and we opted against the idea. I'm still very satisfied with how we were treated as customers and how this issue...
