Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

Food got 3 stars as while it tasted like your basic $7 pizza and the crazy puffs were delicious as always, I had to wait over 15 minutes for them. This was at 5:00 when they were supposed to be "Hot N Ready." If I wanted to wait, I would have gone to Domino's.

Service got 4 stars because they told me it was going to be a wait and did the basic functions of the job. If they had given me any type of time frame on how long it was going to be, it would have been 5 stars.

Atmosphere got 2 stars because the building is older than Falls Park and has a permanent layer of greasy grime on every inch of every surface. Maybe buy the employees a flame thrower or neucular weaponry, and they can clean it up. Short of that, it's going to take some people with a very certain set of skills to get it out of there.

I was rather dissatisfied this go aroi at Little Caesars East 10th Street location. I was a first time user of the Pizza Portal and was given an out time of 5:12 pm we finally asked about our order at 5:28 pm because we were waiting for my name to pop up so I could enter my code. There was a bag of bread sticks and a pizza sitting in there when we arrived but again no name so we did as instructed and waited 16 mins after the due out time we asked and the tender looked it up turned around grabbed to pizzas off the bottom shelf and completed our order. Needless to say the entire order was cold and this has been our go to pizza joint for a long time but I'm wondering if they have declined due to circumstances or lack of care for a quality product any more. I might update this if I decide to give it another...

Placed online order at 4:30. At 5, there was still no notification of my pizza being ready. I call to double check and I'm notified that they got the order and I can come get it AND it will in fact be in the pizza portal. This isn't a problem, because I'm normally patient. When I get there, it isn't in the pizza portal, the pizza isn't even made, but I'm told they will make it for me.

Again, I'm patient. But after 20 minutes of sitting there watching everyone else pick up their order, I just left and picked up something else to eat. I was starving, and it was almost an hour since I placed my order. I get that this was dinner rush, and during this time Little Caesars is hell on earth...but this is the second time this has happened to me when ordering online, so I can't in all good conscience try it...
