First off, ordering online is really simple. You click order online, and it gives you their menu with prices. You don't have to login or type anything, which is really nice. It says on their website delivery time is standard 45 mins, which is right on the money for my orders. Not too bad.
I've ordered here twice and both times I've been impressed. Both orders were large and random- pretty much something from every category. Not only have they not forgotten anything, but they wrap each order individually in foil and place it into a styrofoam container. They even a put a sticker outside the container to let you know exactly whats inside. They also give you a couple of forks and napkins.
The food itself is amazing. My favorite is the Cup of Sirloin and the BBQ Pulled pork. The sandwhich had a great BBQ flavor. The pork wasn't hard and you didn't get giant chunks of pork when you bit into it. The bun wasn't greasy either. This is what I recommend everyone tries at least once.
The cup of sirloin is basically a steak (well done) cut up into small chunks. You get about 10 pieces that are about the size of a quarter or silver dollar. They are really juicy and tender. This alone can fill you up and its only $4. Absolutely delicious.
I'm not a big fan of ribs but their ribs are really good. I ordered some the first time just to try them and ended up getting a second order. They taste really good with a smokey flavor. You get an extra serving of BBQ sauce on the side. They didn't really fill me up, so they're more of a snack to me.
One other thing I liked is that I ordered a dozen cookies and they were all handmade, and individually wrapped in seran wrap. For those wondering- they were standard cookie size. They really, really fill you up though. I eat a lot of sweets so I ordered a dozen but I was full after about 5. The chocolate peanut butter cup one is what I had. Really good.
Thats really all I got from them. They're very consistent with their quality and service. Thats something I really notice and appreciate. The food is amazing. Haven't had their seafood but thats because I'm in a landlocked state and I don't eat seafood anywhere here- especially after visiting...
Read moreChicken wings it says. Mucho Hot it says. Ok Menu, whatever you say. Mucho Yummo goes my belly. I place order for these Mucho Hot Wings. I love me some hot chicken wings. In fact, i think of myself a small connoisseur in the hot wings dept. I have no fear of the Hot Ones challenge as presented on YouTube. Until the Mucho Hot arrived. I knew and never tried or heard any rumors, gossip, or anyone mention the Mucho Hot Wing served by Steak Out before. That was the first time in my life I was only able to take the smallest bite out of a wing, place it back in the box with the rest and then place the box in the fridge and proceeded to scream, cry, and worry that this Mucho Hot was not going to leave my insides burning for the next 40 years of my life. That was without a doubt the hottest chicken wings i have ever had the pleasure to try. I give Steak Out the grand prize for the hottest chicken wing i have ever had in my life. I hope other fellow wing eaters see my post and would love to see your comments on this Mucho Hot wing. It was like the breath of dragon fire burned all the way down from tongue tip to the very dark bottom of my gullet wishing the hellfire would stop soon. For me the devil's spit raged in my body for at least the next 3 hours, eating the rest of my delicious meal and 4 liters of liquids the fire still persisted. So good on you steak out, i declare your wings to be actually...
Read moreToday is February 14th, 2018, I placed an order at 5:30pm, I ordered 2- 6.5 oz steak tips, one was to be cooked to medium and the other medium rare, of course the baked potato and salad included, didn't get any extras. Was amazed that it arrived 45 minutes later, paid the driver and started to open my food. This is where the nightmare begins..... neither meal was marked to indicate which was medium and which was medium rare, they were both cooked to medium, and cold, the potato was still hard and crispy with rawness on the inside, the only thing hot about those potatoes was the tin foil in which they were wrapped! I have now spent the last 40 minutes trying to call them back, it's busy, still busy........ this wonderful meal that I ordered for my boyfriend on Valentines day, cost me 31.00 plus I gave the driver a 7 dollar tip. Still not answering!! My Valentine's day dinner was totally ruined..........I would appreciate it if you folks would answer your phone put it back on the hook or whatever, but even more I'd like my money back!!!!! Never had anything like this happen with this restaurant before, I am just really disappointed and angry! The only reason you get even a star is because it would not let me post without it. Please answer your damn phone. UPDATE----Feb 17, 2018--manager made it right, we had our Valentine's dinner tonite and it was really...
