Spirit Halloween — Local services in Sioux Falls Township

My grandson worked hard for a costume, selling his art and helping with lawn work, he’s 8. He bought your Glow Stick Man costume, the face mask will not turn on but for one brief moment. The costume cost a lot of money for this 8yr old. I called your store in Sioux Falls, where costume was purchased, no answer. We are to far away to drive back and it is already dark out Halloween night. I checked google for reviews on costume and am astonished how many negative comments and problems costume has. Why are you still selling it to children, that are very excited for this fun filled evening? I would appreciate an email. I have the receipt, costume was purchased today at noon. He is still wearing the bottom half and has used his good nature, saying “I’m the headless glow stick man”. I’m trying to not marinate in my frustration and move on to a violent scary Halloween movie, relieving my discontent. I will never go back to another Spirit Halloween Was followed all through the store very Closely by an associate the entire time I was there making me extremely uncomfortable. It was very unprofessional. There were many people in the store but this girl was on top of time the entire time. I even went to the front and ask what was the issue and told them they can hold my purse if they are so worried There were at least 20 other people in the store who weren’t stalked like I was. I have never ever felt to pressured and UNWANTED IN A store in my entire life. On a side note, I own 2 businesses and wanted to shop here to decorate Both of the for Halloween but not after I was made to feel like I was some criminal. Was having a great day until we came to spirit Halloween and were being followed by some girl employee like we’re going to steal something also she was giving us very rude looks. Picked something off the ground to look at it, couldn’t find a place to hang it up so we set in back on the floor and said employee walked up to us and we said we found it on the ground can’t find a place to hang it up and in response she goes “ I saw u drop it” all snotty.
