One Star Burgers & Dogs — Restaurant in Sister Bay

My wife and I were leaf peeping and we were driving down to 57 in sister Bay in door county which we came up to one star burgers and dogs .On the right side before sister Bay hotel and Scandinavian hotel before you hit route 42 stopped and got a standard burger which is a cheeseburger with lettuce onions mustard and ketchup cheese it was excellent as good as Culver's maybe better My wife ordered the plain hot dog with ketchup which is a quarter pound hot dog Vienna and comes with chips and chips with the hamburger and two drinks The food was excellent right around the corner from the 42 traffic jam it's a great place to get food good price and very nice customer service. And a very short Wait. We were very happy we stopped and we will stop again a hidden restaurant off of 42 and 57 stop there and you won't be sorry. Tell him...

Perfect place for a casual meal with kids- lots of outdoor picnic tables with umbrellas. Burgers were delicious! Served with bag of chips. Chicago dog also excellent. Kids were happy with grilled cheese and pb&j (crustable) and could wander around a bit without disturbing people. Soft serve was good . Only buzz is ice cream sandwich was rock hard and took 15 minutes to thaw but was delicious once thawed- so not good for an impatient child. Would definitely return - nice casual vibe. About 20 of us bikes rolled in approx 1:30 p.m., Sat Oct 4th, from Milw & Racine HOG Chapters. In an instant, the staff took all our orders and delivered fresh, tasty food, including the day's specials of blackened catfish and spicy pulled chicken!
