My wife ordered a pizza at 3:15pm, after tracing the pizza. It says left the store at 3:40. At 4:15, she called the store to see if the driver gotten lost. She was letting them that there was 3 different streets with the same name. They told her that the driver just came back to the store with the pizza. He “THE DRIVER” claims he knocked at the door and called her cell phone. We don’t know if he knocked at whatever house he was at, but he sure didn’t call her phone. Whomever it was in the store that answered the phone. He argued with my wife saying she put the wrong address. He said there was no way that was our address. He had her frustrated; she told him that she’ll bring proof of address. So She goes to the store with the proof of address. Showed them the proof and ask that they make the pizzas fresh and delivered. After waiting 45 mins, our son goes back to the store to see where the pizzas were. They told our son that she came in and canceled our pizzas which was a lie. She asked for fresh pizzas to be delivered. So we waited 3 hours for some pizzas that was...

Ordered pizza online from the store on Guys Blvd., West. Somehow the port pizza was ordered incorrectly my fault their photo really don’t know who’s fault it wants. Pizza came with jalapeño peppers on it which I do not eat they make me sick. When I noticed the pizza had the wrong ingredients on it I called the store spoke with the manager didn’t catch his name. He said he would remake the pizza I told him not to put peppers on it I wanted onions double beef and extra cheese. A few minutes later about 15/20 minutes later pizza arrived. The exact same pizza. With jalapeño peppers on call the store vac talk to the manager said he would not remake the pizza it was my fault. So the no-fault guarantee that they have a ties is not true miss advertising their pizza service. Be careful order them from the store manager is very rude and that customer friendly. Maybe he was having a bad night I don’t know when I did not deserve to be treated the way he was there with me cutting me off...
