Mattress Firm Slidell — Hotel in Slidell

First off I do not recommend buying anything from them online. I ordered a mattress and foundation set the delivery for the foundation to come 13 days after my order, the mattress was a box one so fedex brought that to me. The day my foundation was set to be delivered had arrived and I had not heard from anyone so I called only to be told I had to use the live chat option on the site which was a robot and could not have an actual conversation. I sent an email trying to get information several hours later I was told my foundation was on back order and was asked if I wanted to change it out. I told the man yes but needed it no later than the next day ( was getting my new bed delivered then and needed it in order to sleep on a bed) and got no response. The next afternoon. I received a phone call saying it would be another two weeks for delivery so I cancelled. In my dire need for a foundation I went to a local store and the man there was so very helpful. They did not have anything in stock but found one a few towns over that had them in stock and I could get it that day!!! I drove to the other location that man too was great helped me load them up and I was off. The retail locations are great with great employees but the online system is a mess and they obviously suck at customer service if they had called me in the 13 days we could have swapped it out and...

TLDR: ask for kenny he’s a great salesman! Knowledgeable, friendly, won’t push you to buy anything you don’t want. Love my bed and the whole process of buying it here.

I put off buying a mattress for a year bc i couldn’t make a decision, but when i finally decided to stop my research and just go in and talk to someone, Kenny made the whole process seamless and easy. I had a bed picked out and purchased within the week. He was knowledgeable on every question and concern i had. Not an over seller or pushy to buy top of the line, he just gave me all the information and let me decide what style i wanted and what accessories were in my budget. The gentlemen that came to deliver and install the bed were also amazing. Very polite, funny and courteous.
