Waffle House — Restaurant in Slidell

Shity as hell we waited 45 mins there were only 3 sets of customer only after 45 mins still not once got any china service not at all when they had seven employees that had the manager I think his name is James I got the video of it not once can wait on us until this one guy I think his name is j a j it on he's the only one did I seen waiting on the other two sets of customers and finally got to us why everybody else was standing back there by the grill bullshittin playing around not working there was only one waitress and this guy waited on all three sets customers it was empty in there I was very upset with the forest service I was upset it took 45 minutes to order food then cook all my food I got charged for it never got my toast Little Miss and how I wanted it cook it was not the waitress the waitress called it out and made it clear more than once and the manager is right there helping at the manager can't cook the food right and forgets to cook all the food hoarder how is he a damn manager I believe that we should even had a payout order I believe that we should have got it free but no manager with an rude I believe we should get a complimentary gift card after spending over $25 plus giving the waitress his tip because he was the only one that cares was cleaning up picking up trash trying to keep it in order waiting on the customer's why everybody else played around like I said look in the video You Can Count some of the people I have another video there was seven there are three trying to cook this one manager one waitress I think his name is j a r d j not sure but he was the best ever I think he needed a raise I'll get an extra bonus he's the only one that had a smile and agree to any customers...

We live in Biloxi and we were on our way back from dropping someone off at the airport. We stopped in to get something to eat on the way back at 4:30 am. I ordered a waffle and bacon. They had no waffles, so o ordered a sandwich, bacon, egg, and cheese. My friend got a Fiesta omelette with hash browns loaded. His fiesta omelette had only cheese and tomato possibly ham or onion. His loaded hash browns only had cheese. Waitress said they were out of a lot of stuff. Low and behold the other waitress reached into the refrigerator and pulled out the waffle mix and made a waffle for her table! When we asked about it, our waitress said that they weren’t supposed to make waffles. Also, they were other customers that were REALLY LOUD. I mean loud. My wife and I was there visiting from New Jersey and we wanted to check out this place to see the hype. well i must say that it was the worst experience we both witnessed in any restaurant we have every been in. The waitress that was there began to take our order as all we want to start was water until we was ready to to order. after she brought out water she all of a sudden forgot we existed. We could hear her argue with another waitress informing her that she needs to take our order at the moment we became disgusted and left vowing to never eat at another Waffle house again.
