Sirincci Coffee Company | Olde Towne — Restaurant in Slidell

So I absolutely love this coffee. It’s rich in flavor and not thin and watery like Starbucks . One complaint I have is that I pay a different price for the same order, once or twice a week. I have paid anywhere from $7-8.25. There are two ladies there today (8/26) (front street location)I mentioned this to the older lady whom may be the manager. While, the younger lady intruded in on the conversation, the manager just replied “$8.25, she charged you right”! As I do not mind paying for a quality product, if I was letting a business know that they were loosing money and their workers did not know the correct price of the coffee, I think a better response would have been, “I’m sorry you got charged wrong, I will inform them”. A simple apology goes a long way. Please have good customer service skills, especially the young girl, with tattoos , who intruded in on our conversation. I come to this coffee place weekly, and I’d rather go to the Robert location where there is a gentleman there with excellent customer service. Things cost too much nowadays to accept poor...

This coffee shop has a fantastic, welcoming vibe! Coffee lovers will be thrilled with their diverse menu, and even non-coffee drinkers have options like tasty jazzed sodas or refreshing lemonades for a caffeine boost. The staff is universally friendly, but Ry and Lexi are exceptional. They can whip up any drink to perfection, and even when slammed, they maintain a positive attitude and ensure everyone feels valued. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a down-to-earth, friendly coffee shop. It's perfect for work, study, or even a family outing with the kids to play with the variety of board games they offer. Plenty of space...

We ordered great latte that were delicious....it was a business meeting myself and a female financial consultant who was dressed for success....the 🚨 fee top was not snapped on properly by to the server so when my business associate went to take a sip the coffee top came off and her coffee went all over the front if her white top....no apology not even.an effort by the 2 employees to clean the coffee spill off the floor...in fact my guest and I cleaned the spill off the floor and did our best to wipe the coffee spill off her white top. It did not work and she had to drive back home to change her business outfit and probably ruined...
