I have no issues with this specific Dunkin’ Donuts location EXCEPT for the following:
I order my coffee with Oatmilk. This particular location charged an extra $1.00 per coffee, which is 4x what a lot of other locations charge, and I was even willing to pay that extra money — HOWEVER, 3 out of 4 times that I place my order, they give me almost NO Oatmilk in my drinks.
For the type of extra money they are charging, they are EXTREMELY stingy with their oatmilk.
This hasn’t happened to me once, or twice, or thrice. I go there at least 3x per week, and they CONSISTENTLY do this at least 75% of the time.
It’s gotten to the point where I pay for the Oatmilk that I KNOW I won’t be getting anyway, and I bring my own to compensate for their stinginess.
I truly hope that they aren’t this stingy with their other “extras”.
If you’re going to refuse to give me the REGULAR amount of Oatmilk that other locations give me, then stop charging 4x what other locations do for the extra Oatmilk. Read moreI couldn’t find a Lower rate than 1 star ⭐️ store closes at 8 pm but they’ve locked the doors when we arrived around 6:30 pm - we knocked the door but they ignored as obliviously they didn’t want anyone to come in before their closing shift - I had to walk to drive through window and told them to open the door as my kids needed to use the bathroom.
We also ordered bagel bites and he said the oven of “off” and I asked if it’s broken and he said it’s off - asked him why as the door sticker says it closes at 8 pm but they close earlier and he said that’s what they do all the time -
And also the second worker who you can see at the drive-through window in pivtyre, the lady, was on the phone, most of her time, talking with her friend with inappropriate language while my kids were in the store, she was even ignoring a drive-through customer for 3 to 4 minutes Did not pick up her headphones to talk with the customer but continue to talk with her friend.

I was sitting there thinking to myself what did they order the whole menu? Nope they employees were just super slow. Once I got up to the window they lady had 3 drinks out and I had to tell her I only got one drink and one donut. Then when I handed her my card she proceeded to charge me for all 3 drinks and when I asked if I could get a refund she said the manger isn’t in so I would have to come back or call.
