I made the mistake of going to this place to get a pizza to take home after a meeting. We have been Domino's fans since they started in business but this particular store is a disgrace to the Domino's name and brand. I placed my carry out order with the clerk at the register and sat down to wait for it to be completed. I placed my order and paid for it at 8:11 pm and then proceeded to wait and wait and wait. While I waited, I noted much disorganization among the staff and discussion about orders being sent out in error. Finally, after 35 minutes, I asked who was in charge and a young lady whose name I did not get said I am. I said I was tired of waiting and wanted to know where my order (large pizza and 8 chicken wings) was and she told me she was trying to figure out the same thing. Turns out the pizza was done and had been sitting in the bin for over 25 minutes but the wings were not to be found. Apparently for some reason the did not get ordered so there was now a fair amount of scurrying to find out why. I said I didn't care about that so just please complete my order including a new pizza because I wasn't taking the old one. There was again much confusion about what to do and I said just cancel the order and refund my money. Again there was much confusion and the clerk who initially took my order was told to go home. The manager ended up saying that my money would be refunded and the meal was on them but it took until 9:14 pm for me to get my order and leave.
Unfortunately this facility needs some serious help and adult leadership. It should not take over one hour after placing an order to get the order completed. Secondly, I found it quite strange for the clerk who took my order to be wearing ear buds not connected to the Domino's phone when dealing with customers. That is enough but needless to say I'll give my pizza money to other providers.
I can tell the other reviewers who wrote about the long phone waits the reason is that the clerk answers the phone and puts you on hold although they are not busy just disorganized and confused. I saw it happen three times while waiting for my order. I was...

   Read moreI ordered online and paid online with my debit card. Soon after my order was placed and paid for, dominos called to say that their store was completely out of onions. They said the price on the pepperoni pizza dropped from $17 (and change) to $15 (and change). I was told he would have to ârefund my orderâ and it would take 3-4 days to be credited back to my account and âheâd need another paymentâ (I opted not to go through the hassle as we are visiting from another state) đđł Our order was about $75! Secondly, we ordered a speciality pizza, philly cheese steak. I called back and asked if there would also be a discounted rate on this pizza since there were no onions available. NOPE! Same price! Finally, our order should have been delivered curbside to the trunk. They stood at the passenger window trying to hand it to me as I pointed to the trunk and got the thumbs up...5 minutes later than expected.
