HR needs to be called. The Sonic is so awful you await at least 45 to 30 minutes in line just for someone to come to the speaker and then tell you the speaker's broken but we can hear them and this happens for the last few months now who knows if that's true because every employee in here legit is awful clothes barely fit attitudes are awful and I mean awful as in like one chick ask the customer in front of me what else do you want are you sure that's everything but in the worst tone possible and manners im like what happend to sonic And then no lie today I was at Sonic like right now making this review and we were in line for so long people started getting out their cars to ask why is no one coming to the speaker and that was 35 minutes at 2:21 on a Saturday and only five cars here in line. Now I'm just parked up front cuz they're going to bring my food hopefully not another 35 minutes and no joke guy looked high which is fine but God do your job faster I can't wait for robots to take over No joke I really can't Play a little legit people got so frustrated and they're all just pulling off but HR please God come to the store and fire everybody cuz it's really awful really awful just the worst like the worst to redo my review all over again just now like just awfully crazy

Chicken sandwhiches were great, fries were cold and had to keep fending off flies. No refills when dining in, grafiti still in bathroom a week later after being told, and had to argue three times to get a second cheap plastic fork as I explained repeatedly I was splitting my chilli cheese fries with my mother. One mint regaurdless of how many meals/drinks purchursed, this place feels like it purposely cuts corners to make it feel like they are being cheap. All fastfood and dine in places around smithfield have the bare minimum of free refills and when you ask them for utensils or sauce will give it to you without questioning you repeatedly and explaining 'its in the bag'. Yes I understood ONE fork was in the bag, but I needed 2 because we were splitting the chilli chese fries between 2 people. Only one worker was kind enough to appologize and hand us extra's after I explained myself three times to people who were less then patient and more annoyed that I even bothered. Dine in is really no longer worth it, its better just to go through the drive through and leave.

We parked and I went inside to be greeted by 1 (one) poor girl who looked like she couldn’t have been over 18, AND looked to be the ONLY person in the entire building closing by herself. She said they had to close early, and I understand if things happen. However I do not understand how terrible the management has to be to force her to not only close alone but close two whole hours before regular time. Absolutely disgusting to see this is how they treat their employees especially so close to the holiday season. I would rather waste the extra fuel to drive to the sonic in Zebulon than fund the penny pinching soulless management who “run” this location. I still never got my route 44 strawberry slush.

ORDERED ON APP 10 MINUTES BEFORE ARRIVAL AT 8:21pm RECEIVED ORDER AT 8:55 & IT WAS WRONG.

The wife and I ordered on the app on Monday 5/20. We were 10 minutes away or so. When we arrived, the line was about 4 cars long. It was our turn to order within just a minute or 2 but after we told them we had an order on the app It took us 15 minutes or so to get to the window. During that time, a car got tired of waiting and pulled off. When we got to the window, he said OK pull straight up for us. That was a mistake. We waited about 15 more minutes and another car got sick of waiting and pulled off before my wife said I think they forgot about us and decided to go in. After about 3 minutes of her being in there, I turned the car off and walked inside as well. After another minute or so I told her to go to the car and I would handle it. I was ready to lose my stuff. After another minute I heard a crew member mention our order and another answered that we never showed up. I screamed that we have been waiting at the front of the drive-through line for 40 minutes and you have served 3 cars behind us! She apologized and then gave me the food in probably less than a minute. As I walked out, she screamed; “Do you want to get back here and cook the food?!” There was no one else around and I don’t think she was talking to a crew member, but she could have been. We had only ordered 4 things and no drinks. A hotdog, jalapeño poppers, a chicken wrap, and tater tots. I was about to get into the vehicle I had my wife check and make sure all of the food was there. They had left out the chicken wrap. I took it back in there and waited another five minutes or so. When she handed it to me, she apologized again and said we were waiting on the chicken for that. That was clearly a lie since I heard them admit that we were forgotten. And it doesn’t take 30 minutes to fry one piece of chicken. I don’t know where the guy who was at the window went or if he communicated to them but this was beyond sorry. I am used to waiting 15 to 20 minutes just for a milkshake or drink when we come here but this is a new record. I’ve always had understanding and patience for people who work in this industry because I know it is hard work, I worked at Wendys for a while, but these people are beyond ridiculous. I would be surprised if more than one of them owns a car and even one of them could pass a drug test. The whole crew needs to be fired and replaced & the hourly rate increased to 18/hr so we can have people that actually care and try. I am not allowed to give a ZERO star rating so I'm forced to give ONE. On July 10,2019 I took my daughter to this location to get an MandM Shake with came to total 2.69 at the window. Upon giving Tristan my debit card, he kindly stated that it was declined. He made me aware that this had been occurring with other patrons and that he would hate to have a double charge placed on my account. I provided another card and the same thing happened. I was very put off by the fact that this has happened several times to me at this location and not any other place that I shop, so I asked for the manager. An oily, rude face showed up at the window with a piercing in her nose stating that she was the manager and that I needed to give her another method of payment of make sure that I have sufficient funds in my account. I pulled up my online banking ans said to her that I was frustrated that this happens all the time at this Sonic. She said that there is nothing for her to do for me. She stated to me in front of my children and all of those young employees who must look up to her for mentor-ship since she is the manager there and said, "I refuse to serve you" slammed the window and placed the lock on the window. I pulled into the stall and made a physical note considering that when in the heat of a moment things can go array , but what I do know is that here in this country, we are to be afforded a level of respect and courtesy when we patronize our local establishments. This manager did not uphold a standard to any degree. She was disheveled and pardon my blunt truths, but looked impaired to some degree. She was oily and did not look or act professional at all. The entire crew witnessed this blatant disregard for being in a professional work environment and utterly refusal to create resolve to an issue that Tristan had already confirmed had been happening. Then to refuse to serve me. This cant happen to another customer, I have to contact the corporate entity, franchiser, and whomever else that can assist me to address this. I have never been treated this way my entire life under any circumstance and I can let this one ride. I am a Registered Nurse and I will ensure that I get the word around town of what has occurred in the presence of so many. That manager as she referred to herself as is sooooooo very unprofessional and does not serve Sonic any justice. This is...

Stopped by with my son tonight for dinner and it was good. The employee who took our order was very nice and attentive. She was sure to respond to us as soon as she knew we were there and she read back our order to ensure accuracy. She spoke with a smile and was great.

We had to wait a few minutes for our food, which was understandable and expected. We had no issues waiting. The food was fresh and nice and hot. Our burgers were made properly and to order. The only issue we had was our tater tots were under cooked as they were pale and soft, and they were extremely salty. We could deal with the over salting of the toys but with them being pale, soft, not crispy at all, no color, made them unenjoyable to eat. They were hot and you could tell they had been in the fryer as you could feel the oil on them but they looked and tasted like they were taken out of the fryer too soon.

The employee who brought the food out to us to our car, was very nice and made sure to identify the food and drinks as he was handing them to us. He spoke very softly and it was hard to hear him as There were several cars coming in and going through the drive-thru which was located directly behind us in the parking stall that we were pulled into.

All in all, it was good. The employees were nice, friendly, helpful, and seemed to do their job quite well. The only downside in our experience was the tater tots, which unfortunately was a bummer because Sonic is known for having...
