When you ask for a sandwich to be made a certain way, and you get home and it's not made the way you ask, it's disappointing, not to mention the TIP screen that pops up after you pay, I'm sorry, what's that all about? You chose to work at a job for a wage, why are you EXPECTING a tip for doing what you're already being paid to do? I tip people all the time that deliver and wait on me at a sit down restaurant, but the nerve of them TO ASK about the tip when you check out....insane. Worst experience yet. No wonder a lady was screaming prior to getting our order, should have been a sign to go somewhere else. Do better. Pay attention to the people paying for your service. LISTEN to them...

My wife in line to get food and was told she had to leave because they was closed. I could understand if they stopped you at the door, but to let you watch the person in front of you order then say you have to leave we closed is bad. My wife is Latina. She left like she was asked too and a white lady and two kids came in while we where still in the parking lot and was able to order sandwiches. Don’t worry I’ll spread the word of how things are done there. Friends family and community money shouldn’t be spent there. Disgraceful place. I just went in person to give them another chance. Place was immaculate, I got a giant #13. Its was an absolute masterpiece. Idk how but this place went from a disgrace to the brand to above and beyond what I would expect. Left them a 10 dollar tip. They deserve more...
