Honesti is the rudest Starbucks employee I have ever dealt with. I purchased a travel cup using 400 of my points in the app. After getting the cup home, I discovered I had a defective straw (even googled what was happening to find that other people were experiencing the same issue with this particular cup). I went back the next day to return my cup explaining to Honesti (the employee's name on her name tag) what was going on. She was immediately annoyed with me and refused to process my return stating she had "3 of the cups herself and never had a problem with them." After explaining to her that this was an issue with other people, as well she told me there was nothing she could do about it as I had used points to purchase the cup and she can't give those back to me. I didn't just use points, I had used 400 points ($20) towards the cup and paid $13 out of pocket for the remaining balance as the cup total was $32 with tax which she could see on my receipt. I inquired about my money I paid out of pocket where I was met with an attitude and a re-iteration of her not having a problem with her Starbucks cups and that points couldn't be returned (I didn't even want my points returned I just wanted my money back). I asked if I could choose a different cup in exchange where I was met with an eye roll and a "I guess you could." In the end, she reluctantly threw a $32 store credit card at me across the counter and stated it was all she could do. When I turned to leave I caught yet another eye roll and a face made at another employee. I immediately called the Starbucks corporate number where they apologized profusely for the interaction, refunded my $13, and put 400 points back into my account. I have never in my life been spoken to this way or denied a return simply because the employee hadn't personally experienced the issue I was having. Honesti should not work here anymore if she is this incapable of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointed. Went to Target for a few things.. didn't ended finding what I needed. On my way out I decided I wanted Starbucks... There were currently 2 people, a mother and a daughter, having their order made. 3 other customers, including myself, stood in silence and waited as one of the employees made the coffees, and the other was ducked off near the milk cooler, putting sticker labels on them. I'm assuming those were expiration dates, which is all good and great. Let's use some common sen----- oh.... Wait! Sorry. It's 2023....I keep on forgetting the world we live in today is an utter joke. š!!! Apparently, this girl has no common sense or is pure lazy and intentionally avoiding doing her job. Red head w glasses. Sorry not sorry... She wasn't even helping her co-worker! And he looked new on top of that. When there are human beings the line trying to order and pay for your product, STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING AND SERVE THEM!!!!! DUHHHHHHHHH!!!! So I sort of even said it out loud while I was in line watching this circus. I said "WOW since when does milk take priority over humans".. not sure if anyone besides the other customers heard me. But after standing in a coffee line for 6 minutes and not even being told "we"ok be right with you", I walked out without ordering anything in absolute disgust. I'm going to say it one last time... Milk does not take priority over humans standing in your line trying to purchase your product. If I was ever the manager on duty this girl would be terminated immediately. Awful service and even worse, awful sense of awareness. You clearly saw the disgruntled faces on the 3 people standing there watching you put stickers on milk cartons... Go work at Dunkin Donuts if that's what you're going to do ...never again visiting...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve just about had it with Starbucks and their shadiness with our drinks. Beginning to wonder if itās ALL locations. This is the 2nd time in one month (two different states) that Iāve ordered online, received my drink, and it was only half full of coffee and half full of foam/whip.
Itās almost as if Starbucks employees think we are stupid?!? As soon as they handed it to me I could instantly feel that the Venti was too light - how do THEY not know that when they literally hold these cups every single day?
I gave it 30 seconds for that hot coffee to melt that whipped cream and then opened the top and went back to the register. I opened it for her and asked her why my venti was only half full of drink? She wasnāt even surprised so my guess is that itās not unusual and they know exactly what they are doing.
I assure you that Starbucks makes MORE THAN ENOUGH money that they donāt have to cheat/steal from their consumer base. If Iām paying $7 for a cup of anything that has about $0.20 worth of ingredients in it, the VERY LEAST they can do is give me my full order.
Shame, shame.
I also found it weird that not one single person working this morning would make eye contact with me. No smiles. No sense of happiness. Iāve always found at least one person to be pleasant in all the locations Iāve ventured into - very odd! Iām around town for another couple days and I think Iāll just find me a small, independent shop to try. Todayās entire experience was an absolute FAIL in my books.
