Arby's — Restaurant in Smithville

The eating area wasnt very clean. Food crumbs on all the tables and on the floor. We had to clean our own table to have a clean table to eat on. The ppl that came before us had to do the same thing. I heard one of the workers thank them for doing so. They were not busy at all. Dont know why they didnt clean any of the tables. Got 2 chicken bourbon bbq meals. Had to ask for bbq sauce b/c there was a little drop on the bread. Put sauce on my bun and noticed there was no cheese on either sandwich. Took the sandwichs to counter and told the worker. She appologized and took the sandwiches. Came back with 2 fresh sandwiches. Opened it up to reapply bbq sauce and noticed the cheese wasnt melted. It was cold. Ate it anyway. The sandwich was delicious. But not an enjoyable experience when your fries get cold b/c you have to wait twice as long to get your sandwich done the way it is suppose to be. The workers here are always friendly but the eating area is usually messy. This was the worst I have seen it so this visit was...

Smithville Arby's. Sandwiches great.But the woman who took our order needs a major attitude adjustment! No hello, no what can I get you or can I take your order. She just stood there. So I did too. Until she finally said something. We knew what we wanted but she couldn't have cared less. I wanted ice tea but she couldn't bother to tell me that they had to get it for you. She slaps the cup down in front of me. My husband wanted a Coke float. Until someone else asked me if there was anything else he was still waiting on the float. She mumbled if I wanted curly or crinkle fries... I had to ask her to repeat it because she was mumbling. She then said, " I said do you want crinkle or curly fries!" She took my money and no thank you, no smile, nothing. If the manager had not been tied up I would have had a serious talk with her. This person was that bad. As it was I did say something to one of the other staff members. Again food was delicious as usual but that person...

Overall, food is amazing. There has only been maybe once or twice I've gotten food where maybe the fries wasn't "as hot" as I thought or somethin, but other than that, they really take the time to make sure u always have your order right and fresh. The prices are steep and definitely need to be re-evaluated, but other than pricing, it's a great place to go. Unlike some fast food places, you wait and wait in the drive-thru or they ask you to "pull up" and when u get your food it's cold and thrown together. Not here! If they ask u to pull up, u better believe your food will be fresh even after having to wait. If the rating was 2 different ratings for food and pricing, the food would definitely get a 5 star, but since it's altogether I gave 4 stars just b/c I feel like it's a lil...
