Exceptional service, incredible food, and wonderful owners—what more could you ask for? The menu artfully blends classic KBBQ with unique Hawaiian twists, showcasing a delightful array of authentic flavors. The brisket and pork are expertly prepared, marinated to perfection, and smoked until tender and juicy.

The sides, like the Hawaiian mac salad and kimchi, complement the main courses beautifully, creating a harmonious tasteful experience.

And don’t skip the banana pudding—it's the perfect sweet finish!

This gem is definitely worth a visit before...

We have been coming here for a while. Everything is always great. My wife kept telling me I need to try the ribs after she had them a couple times. She wasn't kidding. They are the best ribs I've had. They were smokey sweet and very rich in flavor. The texture was so tender and fall of the bone ribs. I would suggest just to eat them with just the dry rib on it. They don't need any of the bbq sauce. Even though the bbq sauce is great on the other food they have. Bul Jang is hands down my favorite place in Smyrna or anywhere...

I forgot to take a picture of the food, but it was good. I've had the brisket (twice), ribs, rice, and Hawaiian macaroni salad.

Overall, I'm pretty lenient when it comes to food in Delaware, when comparing it to places I've had in Philly or NY, etc... but the brisket and ribs were actually cooked well. Don't go comparing it to Texas BBQ.

The sides to me were ok, keep in mind this is a fusion food truck. If you like kimchi, take a chance.
