I go here to get my son and I a sandwich when I pick him up from school quite often and everytime there is either a clean drive thru (no one in line ) or myself and one vehicle in front of me . everytime I approach the mic im always on hold for a long time then when I take my order they either mess up my order by putting condiments on it that I said I didn't want or get the order right and still make you wait all day while I only want 1 or 2 sandwiches . while they talking and playing the whole time in the kitchen .I can only give 2 stars because the two gentlemen I seen in the store at the drive thru today 7/8/22 at around about 7pm-8pm were nice and helped with my apple pay . but yall need to stop putting folks on hold and having them in the drive thru extra long when its only 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru and 4 or 5 of yall in there WITH NO CUSTOMERS INSIDE THE STORE . and I should have my drink while waiting on you all day .Thank you btw I dont recommend the chicken wrap either , and they had no turkey at all . like how is that possible at a sandwich shop . get...
Read moreRude ungrateful delivery driver Company ordered food that came up to around $74 when he delivered the food he had me sign the receipt, stood over, watched me not leave a tip on and he made a comment say "the only reason we have you sign is for you to leave a tip, I guess I just delivered this food for free". That is a crappy attitude to have and he talk his self out of a cash tip. Next text keep your mouth shut. We don't have to leave a tip on the card. People still use cash. Jimmy Johns please teach your drivers to have better customer service skills and patience he missed out on a great tip with that mouth of his. AND TIPS ARE NOT MANDATORY so next time he goes into an establishment thinking he deservers a tip tell him not to SMOKE over my food, put on some deodorant, pull his pants up and wait for the cash to come out. Read moreIncompetence at it finest! I called the store on 11/20 to place an order for 2 sandwiches. They took my address, which is in Smyrna and my order down and said no problem. After 30 minutes I received a call advising they will not be delivering my order because it is out of their delivery range, when I asked why didn't they tell me that in the first place the employee advised she didn't check because it was in Smyrna. I asked to speak with a manager who said the money will be back on my card within 3 to 5 business days a no one will deliver my food to my house which is 2.1 miles away from the store. I told her that was unacceptable and the Manager Mya responds "well I am not a bank." I own a business and it is so important to value your customers enough to accommodate for your mistakes, and this store just does not have good values...
