This Jimmy John's customer service is the worst, specifically the manager named Christine or Christina (should've written that down but I didn't think it would get this far). First off when I went in the drink machine was being cleaned and had windex on it (which I overlooked, no problem) but the manager tried to explain it away. When I returned home and was able to get to my sandwiches one of them didn't have sprouts (there was a recall, again no problem, except that customers should be told when that happens). My other sandwich (club lulu) didn't have bacon, so I call up to the store, not wanting anything free, just to let them know there was a mistake so that next time it can be corrected. The manager put me on hold to talk to the team member that made it and then returned and told me that he said he did put the bacon on the sandwich (so now I'm being called a liar). She told me I could come up if I wanted to and they would make me another, which I didn't want to do because I understand food costs and mistakes happening. What is completely unacceptable to me is that she called me a liar and then said, "now, what I'm not trying to do is calling you a liar". Yes, in fact you did and that's not okay. This Jimmy John's is a privately owned store so nothing will get done about this particular manager. My hopes for her are that someone reads this and sends her to management classes, I understand it's hard in the food business to find good employees but this is not okay. This is actually not the first time this has happened to me with the same manager which is why I'm writing this review (I hate reviews because they are extremely bias), I really just hope that something positive comes from it and this particular Jimmy John's...
Read moreI put in an order last night to be delivered and at about 9:10PM (over an hour waiting) I still did not have my food, with the tracker saying received, but not out for delivery. I called around 9:15 (AFTER THEY ARE CLOSED) and was informed that they never received the order and that I would get my money back. Now how am I going to get money back for an order you never received? I did not get a sorry, but instead are you sure you ordered from the right one. I called back today as my money was still not returned and not to mention I was working and that was to feed my family while working and ultimately they did not have the food they were expecting. I called today and spoke with a manager to find out that they did indeed receive my order, but instead voided it out ( which is how he knew I would get my money back) and was to lazy to do his job and send out my food. The manager was polite, but that was it. After informing that I would not be returning because I can't even trust that someone will bring my food when ordered, she simply just said I understand. If you want customers to come in you have to show them that you value them along with your establishment. I am more than happy to take my money elsewhere....
Read moreWe have always loved Jimmy John's the bread is outstanding and the sandwiches are very consistent from store to store. We wish there was one down here in Franklin County closer to us. I usually do the Italian night club or the Vito depending on how hungry I am. Jimmy John's delivers and they have a drive-through as well. We ate inside and we were the only diners in there and it was a nice relaxing experience. Yeah you don't go to a sub shop for a 5 star experience but they do a good job the place is clean and it's comfortable. Like most other places the prices are much higher than we remembered but it was a good sandwich. This location is wheelchair accessible and very nice and new. One nice thing about a Jimmy John's is as you get to see all the food prepared and the employees here were very well coached on...
