McDonald's — Restaurant in Smyrna

Breakfast, not sure why it takes so long to get food but I went through drive thru and Mon 11,14 took 13 min to get food it was also cold I thought well they just opened at 6 maybe it takes a little while to get everything moving. Came thru 11,15 now it took 12 min to get food it was also cold and the biscuit was just like yesterday hard like it was old- ok 2 days in a row I thought you know sometimes things go wrong and everybody can't have a good experience every time . 11,16 I came through around 6:09 and didn't get food until 6:28 it again was cold biscuit hard not sure what the problem is but there was a big line at the drive thru like everyone is waiting on food to be made but you finally get to the window and it is all in a bag and then they get your drink so the food must be sitting there the whole time and someone is just not getting something right but I will never go here again for anything and I'm sending an email to mc.d main office to explain this . While working with other guys at our jobsite found out many of them also had the same problems I think if the owner reads this he needs to look into updating and having a check out register at the window or use both windows like it was designed I have traveled a lot for work but never given a 1 star...

The crew here is great. It is the management & owner who need people & management skills. Over a 6 mth. Period , I got lucky and won 4 McD gift cards awarding me Free Egg McMuffins for a year from TV 47ABC. The first 3 I gave away to needy families. No problem. The 4th card I kept for my family. Big Problem ! I went to this McDs to get myself. My grandson & wife a McMuffin. Patricia & Vincent Murray would not honor the promotion & were vocal about it, embarassing the heck out of me. I contacted Corp. McDs & they had the supervisor Lori for this store call me, saying she would look into it & apologized for embarrassing me. She said she would mail a regular gift card as an apolovy for them embarrassing me.I waited week for a reply. None came. I called this McDs and Lori just happened to be there. She said the franchise owner of this mcds & 17 others told them not to honor the McDs Corp. Gift card/Prize. She was rude, snide and talked as if I was trying to scam the Co. THE APOLOGETIC GIFT CARD NEVER CAME. The real kicker is, Since 2009, i have anonymously donated my Kindle Book Royalties to Ronald McDonald House. NO GOOD DEED...

I don't eat McDonald's very often but they had a special going on, buy one Big Mac or Quarter Pounder w/cheese, get a 2nd one for one dollar so before I left my house and blasted the 7 mile trip on my motorcycle, I googled it and the website stated that the promotion was still going on. So off I went. When I got to the Drive through I asked again and after being told it was stull field on I ordered one Big Mac with the other for a buck and the same for a Quarter Pounder w/cheese. Paid for the food and I stupidly didn't check my order. Put it in my saddlebag and rode home. Opened the bag and there was only one of each sandwich. Now, I just made a 14 mile round trip so although being mad at them and mad at myself for not checking the order my first thought was forget about it. They beat me. However, I had a guest over and long story short, there wasn't a sandwich for me and I was hungry so I rode back to McDonald's and pulled up to the window and was told the promotion had ended. I kept my cool but the best they could do for me was give me a small fry. Btm line is, I'm done...
