I had an extremely horrid experience with this Wendy's this evening and I'm definitely going to take this further up the food chain. I pulled into the drive thru at 10:05pm with three cars ahead of me and behind me several more. No one said anything through the speaker, so I said Hello. With no response I thought perhaps the drive thru speaker may have been broken. I waited a couple more minutes and said Hello again and I didn't hear anything. So, I pulled up to the next window to place my order just in case something was wrong with the speaker. I checked my phone to make sure they were open in which they were, so I figured it was the speaker. Once it was my turn to get to the front window, there was a person on the window and then all of sudden they stepped away. I was a bit confused considering they were extremely busy and at this point there had been no acknowledgement. After awhile the person came to the window and I said hi we were trying to order but didn't hear anyone. The worker who was a man stated he's not taking our order. I said huh. He repeated himself and said we were talking to you but you kept saying hello. I stated if that was the case I obviously didn't hear you that's why I pulled forward. He told me the speaker was working and when you pull up to the drive thru the first thing you don't say is hello. I told him if you aren't ready to take an order just say hold on a second and show acknowledgement. He told me he wasn't going to take the order and stated he doesn't take orders at the window. I then asked to speak to the manager and he stated he was the manager and if I didn't move he would call the police. I told him to call the police I'll wait because all I wanted to do was order. I told him even McDonalds doesn't speak to people that way and he told me he doesn't care what McDonalds does. This is absolutely unacceptable. One of the other workers came out the back laughing and stated the managers name was Jason, which I'm not sure if that's true. What I do know is a person that's supposed to be in leadership does not act that way and in no way can refuse service because a person said hello in the drive thru. I'm not sure who runs this place but I will be making my voice known in regards to customer service and how people are...
Read moreWent there on my lunch break and there was about 4 little high school girls who were highly disrespectful and unprofessional. I specifically asked for my fries to be fresh and upon receiving my meal the fries were soggy and Luke warm indicating they were old. The young ladies also messed up my order completely and charged me for the wrong orders and sizes. The lemonades were hot. Like seriously I've never been to an establishment that served warm lemonade. After I was unsatisfied with my order I requested to speak with a supervisor. The dining area was closed and the little children they had working didn't want to get their boss. Instead they decided to make fun and games out of messing up my order. When someone finally came to the door the child decided to give a fake name in attempts to make fun of the situation as if I'm not spending my hard earned money in their place of business. At least 20 minutes go by and they STILL didn't get their manager. After the manager was finally informed that there is a disgruntled customer I explained to him what happened and that his team was extremely unprofessional, rude, and disgusting. I requested a refund and recommended disciplinary action be taken on these 4 young ladies or their corrupt office will be contacted and more people will be losing their jobs if they don't get their act together. One of the young child girls names was Zontee so if a Wendy's manager or corporate official is to see this then you know where to start. I will NEVER eat at this Wendy's again 😒 If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude, unprofessional, and disgusting was...
Read moreWhile this place might attempt to serve their food made to order, it served me undercooked piece of chicken that could make someone sick which I had to return for fully cooked piece of chicken. The girl with the blonde weave and long fingernails was somewhat kind at the drive through until I asked for my receipt and she seemed to have an attitude. When I went in to have my sandwich remade, a woman with glasses was pretty decent at helping me with my request of getting a fully cooked chicken sandwich remade. The manager with braided hair or locs and shaved off sides confirmed that the sandwich was indeed undercooked. However, upon my request for new fries with my meal instead of the ones that were getting cold, another manager with a tear drop tattoo on his face decided to get upset and have an attitude over the reasonable request as the manager with the braids finds his disrespectful complaints about a customer funny. This could've easily been a 5 ⭐ experience until the terrible customer service took that away.. Unsure if the Wendy's Franchisee will care or even read these reviews but I felt everyone should definitely know, so the ones living in the area can hold them accountable for good customer service or they should stay home if their not feeling well enough to be kind and polite. If you're unhappy with your job, find a job that makes you...
