Despite the fact that customer service needs improvement, Chipotle is an excelent choice at the moment to choose a restaurant with a great price, pleasant environment, and high quality. There are countless similar places with the same concept, but I can say that chipotle is the best on the market. What you see is what you get. For most customers, the visual factor helps them decide whether they are going to purchase or not. The way the food is presented at Chipotle makes you want to have a little bit of everything. The food quality is exceptional. The flavor, texture, and consistency of the products is on point; nothing is over seasoned. Everything they offer is fresh, and you can even see them making it in front of you. They have a varied menu ranging from three different types of rice, tortillas, black and pinto beans, and five variety of meats. They also have queso, grilled vegetables, pico de gallo, corn, tortilla chips, lettuce, and the customer’s favorite guacamole which I suggest you should try. I do not have any complaint about the hygiene in this place. I have never experienced an unpleasant smell or seen any insects around the food. Every single employee, even before the COVID situation, wears gloves and face masks to handle food. They have their own serving spoon for each item they offer which means no cross-contamination.
Chipotle has a very welcoming atmosphere. It has different areas where you can eat both outside and inside the establishment. The music is at moderate volume which makes the environment much more pleasant. Due to the Coronavirus, they are not accepting the full capacity. Social distancing measurements are being upheld really well; they have signs on the floor to maintain the safety of the clients. In customer service they have some room to grow. When you go to Chipotle, you are under the risk of being treated as a king or being treated like no one is there, it all depends on the employee's mood. Likewise, when you place your order online you probably will have some missing items, get something you did not ask for, or get nothing at all. For example, I once made an online order and when I went to pick it up an employee told me they did not have my order at all. I showed her my order which said, “ready to pick up” and she just told me that it was a system issue and cannot do anything for me. I was so irritated; she did not even offer to remake the order and was acting like she did not care about it. I had to wait three business days to get my money back. This situation made me not want to return ever again to Chipotle. After spending some time thinking it over, I realized that this was not the restaurant’s fault but the employee who was assisting me along with her attitude. After all, the food is too delicious to not return. It is comprehendible that sometimes they have a lot of work and might rush, but it should not affect the way they treat the client nor the service quality. I usually go to Chipotle at least once a week when I do not feel like cooking. It has excellent offers and great quantity for a reasonable price. The variety of dishes does not exceed ten to twelve dollars and the amount is enough that two people can eat from a single bowl.
In summary, Chipotle is a spectacular fast food restaurant brand that provides quality products, great environment, and good hygiene. The only aspect the Snellville branch must improve is the customer care that, comparatively to other branches, has inferior standard. It should be noted that not all the employees are the same. Read moreI decided to go back to this restaurant because of my son. During the last years, this place has been going down. Once we went there and spent almost one hour on the line, It was not even a long one. People left while on the line when they realized that it was going nowhere. The system was down. On another day, we went as a family to dine in. When we got to the register to pay, we realized that the restaurant had no utensils for their customers, so after your food was served and you were about to pay you learned that you had to leave and eat your food somewhere else. The absurd thing is that across the restaurant, there's a Kroger supermarket. A little bit of customer sense care would have lit the manager to go for some utensils for their customers. This last time, the lady that was serving food was serving as if we were on a famine. I could see the bottom of the dish after the miserable service of rice she served me. Same with the black beans. I told my husband, and she asked, "Do you want more?" I said, "Yes, please. " Then I had a little more. The taste of the food was very poor, disatisfying, not the home taste that I used to have when eating at a Chipotle on previous experiences. Also, we usually choose one of the fresh waters and it is empty. The tables are usually dirty and we have to clean before sitting. There were around 8 to 10 employees there. One employee came to the area of drink and did nothing to refill the containers. We had to tell the cashier that it was empty. She came telling the flavors that were available. We had to specifically ask for the flavor, and if someone could please fill it out again. Finally, it didn't take 5 minutes for it to happen. Really, people! Aren't you there to work, to serve your customers, to provide customer satisfactory experience? Customers had to tell you what to do in order to have a close to decent service? On the other hand, the prices are absurd. Sometimes, my husband and I only order salad, meat, and lettuce with guacamole and a small drink, and we end up paying almost $35.00. There are too many downsides to Chipotle in general and, moreover, this specific location for the specific situations mentioned above. We decided to stop visiting Chipotle restaurant. The only picture I'm providing is the one with the sign of forks and spoons empty container. The other negative experiences are not recorded in pictures, but in my mind.

If I were to write all the bad experiences of this location we would be reading for days. I'm sorry I don't usually take time out of my day to leave 1-star reviews. I usually give places multiple chances but today is my last. This business is horribly ran. There is no leadership and every employee is messing around, joking around, being rude to customers all while never taking care of the food, drinks, or the money. Again today I was told they cannot give me my change. How many cash paying customers are they telling they don't have enough change? 100 people who pay cash shorted almost a dollar or more each day is a quite a bit of money to split with their friends. I hope they are counting and closing their registers at the end of their shift honestly because there is definitely going to be over tilled. Fishy but an observation I've accrued over the countless times I've been short changed. This doesn't include the multiple times I've received very rude and almost condescending service from few of the employees. There is always multiple food items that are not available and they wait til you are almost finished with your order to tell you, so now you have 2 burritos that are finished that will sit and get cold waiting for the 3 burrito to get barbacoa. Because of the lack of communication it causes disruption in the flow of work. At least let your customers know in advance what is not available before we start ordering. Also the Aguas Fresca drinks are most likely always out. Why is it so difficult to refresh your drink items and have simple things like lids and straws available. I do not even come during rush hour always late lunch or late dinner. I'm sorry but this place needs some serious work.
