Really good food that's made to order. I usually call ahead for that reason. Since it's made to order there will be a decent wait time for your food. The plus is that its going to be hot and ready for sure. Try the Sweet Potatoe French Fries, they have a house sauce to dip it in or you can do like the Buffalonians do and dip them in honey. They also have an Impossible Burger for non-beef eaters, etc. They're in a mostly convenient location as far as the plaza goes, so you can call in your order and stop by for pick up own your way home after work or right from home as a local. I only wish that the customer service was as good as the food. I hate leaving negative feedback but the "I don't wanna be here" style of customer service has got to end. I ordered online and picked up in store on Saturday 9/10 around 7:45pm. As soon as I walked in the young lady at the front counter was more concerned with her social media feed that asking me about my order. I clearly made her day so bad because she was not okay with asking for my name or why I was even there. When I said that I was picking up an order and that I wasn't doordash, she just handed me what was on the counter. Thankfully it was my order, because she didn't ask me my name to know for sure. Ordered from Door Dash. Attached is a picture of what apparently is a $7 "large" order of onion rings. I literally paid a dollar an onion ring, an absolute ripoff. I understand door dash has price markups but this is absurd. Oh, and they were terrible. They are 100% dough. I would have enjoyed eating the actual 7 dollars more than eating these.

My wife and I ordered wings, they were all heat and literally zero flavor.

Lastly, the menu specified a burger with NO cheese, my daughter hates cheese on burgers so we ordered that. Naturally it some how came with cheese.

There are plenty of wing places in Snellville, almost every one of them has been a better experience then this. Spend your money...
