My husband and I came here to get out of the house on Valentine's Day. Had an 8:15pm reservation and got sat pretty quickly. I'll just get straight to the point. Our waiter that night was always in a rush. I get that it was a busy night, but his rushing made him lose in customer service. He was in a rush when we asked about entrées and trying to get his opinion on things. I even asked him for a suggestion of a sweet sauce to replace the honey hot glaze for the shrimp they discontinued, he said they didn't have none, but our Sriracha chicken came with a sweet sauce that I LOVED. The bread plates they brought us was disgusting.. still had old food on them. We asked for a different set, those were dirty as well and it made us skeptical about all the other dishes they brought out to serve us. Our food didn't come hot (our appetizers did and they were yummy 😋). My husband's steak was room temperatured as well as my steak, and it was cooked medium instead of medium well. We pointed out a good amount of issues to the point my husband didn't even want to have them fix our steaks and I said I'll just eat mine at home. Just didn't want to bother them anymore. My shrimp that came with the steak (advertised as a duo) were smaller than quarters, and it only came with 4. Mashed potatoes were cold and hard. It only took one scoop to put them in a togo box and I had only one bite of taste. The cocktails from the bar were far from great- filled with ice and just watered down. In positivity, our waiter did ask us many times if we were okay and needed anything. He remembered to bring all of what we asked for such as more dinnerware, drinks, and even sauces- I just wished he wasn't so flustered to 'get the task done' so that he could took a little more time to serviceus rather than hurry to put the order in. Eberyone else was friendly as well. I do recommend they get a new dishwasher and better drink making with the bartender. Oh, and not to let the food just sit there getting cold before it is served.

I just have to take a moment to share the absolutely outstanding service my family and I received today. We came to celebrate our son’s graduation and his amazing achievement of making the A/Honor Roll. From the moment we walked in, David greeted us with the warmest, most genuine welcome. His positivity and professionalism set the perfect tone for our celebration.

I mentioned to David that I struggle with crowds, and his response was nothing short of compassionate and understanding. Instead of making me feel awkward or embarrassed, he treated me with such respect and empathy. He went out of his way to accommodate us, finding a comfortable spot where I could feel more at ease. Throughout our time there, David checked on us periodically not in an intrusive way, but just enough to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It truly meant the world to me.

David didn’t just stop at being attentive; he made our entire family feel genuinely welcome. He was so kind and engaging with our kids, taking the time to speak with them and making them feel special too. His exceptional attitude and willingness to go the extra mile didn’t go unnoticed, and I honestly can’t thank him enough.

Our server, Brandon, was also amazing. He had this calm, patient demeanor that made us feel right at home. He even took the time to chat with us about Lawrenceville, sharing local insights and making us feel like we were part of the community. Brandon’s kindness and professionalism perfectly complemented David’s exceptional service.

If you’re ever in the area, I can’t recommend this place enough. And definitely ask for Brandon. As well look for David as he should run all of the Outback restaurant he’s truly a standout, and his genuine kindness will leave a...
