8/22 Store is getting remodeled , everything is upside down ! Hectic but understanding situation , knowing what is going on! Line for cash register is in the snake shape , about 20 customers in line . One poor lady at the register #1, can not and should not handle this by herself. People are upset since wait time is over 30 minutes.she has to deal with all of it , she is politely trying to excuse the wait time to every customer . I asked to talk to manger , since he walked by few times and saw the situation, and did not bother to call for help ! He came and start walking towards the door pushing a cart and letting me know he is listening ! How rude and unprofessional!! No , Ricky , I know you don’t listen and you don’t care !!
Ricky ,next time when customer wants to talk to you -you come to them -don’t walk away ,pretending you are listening .show some respect towards the customer that spent 30 min waiting , so your store can make some profit!! Appreciate someone patience.

Read moreTypically I have good experiences at home goods however the last time I went into the store I I picked out a very pretty photo that was framed amongst several other items. took them to the cash register and the cashier rung everything up when she got to the photo the manager walked by and told her that we couldn't sell the item for what the sticker is priced and added $10 to the ticket. because I was already set on buying it I agreed to pay the 10 additional dollars but looking back I wish I would have said something I feel like it was definitely false advertising and I should have gotten some of my money back very disappointed in the manager I don't remember her name but she was blond and thin. Browsing down the aisles, with the shopping cart, was nearly impossible due to so much merchandise being stacked throughout the store. Bumping into the shelves as well as other customers kind of ruined the experience so we ditched the shopping cart. Although the store was full of customers, there was only one associate (McKenzie) on the registers - who was working as fast as she could. Despite being the sole assistant, her customer service was still superb. When the Manager (Ricky) was called for assistance, his attitude was extremely unprofessional to the customers.
