Pulled up to the drive thru... Lady in front of me sounded clear from where I was, but it seemed like whoever was taking the order couldn't hear anything she was saying. The lady was told to pull up to the window and it was my turn and the lady slammed on the gas to get to it. I was alerted by the very loud speaker, and was asked how I can be helped. I told her my order, and was asked if I had 9 minutes to wait, and I said yes. Then I was asked for the side, I gave the side and my drink desired. Was asked for the side again to confirm, then was asked for the drink. Said the drink... Again. Order was repeated and things were okay, but it almost felt like I was losing my hearing in one ear once I was done ordering. Don't know if it was the speaker, or the volume of the person themselves. As I pulled around, I saw the same lady speed off with no food. Already, I could tell this was going bad. She didn't seem to have gotten any food, so I pulled up and paid for my order and was handed a drink by a very polite cashier who told me it would be right out, and just to pull around to the front. I did. And there I sat... For a good 20-25 minutes. Wondering if my order was forgotten or something. I was taking this food to my girlfriend for her lunch break, and had 9 minutes to spare, but not 20. So, this was an inconvenience to me. I pulled around to the drive thru, and then was offered a specialty item on the menu this time, unlike the first time, also with a different person taking orders, and informed them instead that I had been waiting for my order for 20 minutes. I was asked for the side I had chosen, and I told him, and he politely asked me to pull around. I was then greeted by the same cashier that was very nice my entire experience. I have no idea who took my order, but clearly they had some sort of mix up, and it involved me waiting longer than I was told. Whoever gave me my order and allowed me to pay immediately was probably the only good I had in this experience. Everything else seemed convoluted. I won't stop going to KFC, but I probably won't end up at this...
Read moreMe and my mother visited the KFC at 2663 Main Street W, Snellville GA at around 6PM on July 15th to order food in the drive thru. THE LADY THERE WAS SO RUDE! I believe she had a Caribbean accent. She was very impatient as we were figuring out what to order. She caught an attitude with me because I asked her about the Tuesday special a second time since I didn’t hear her prior. Because she didn’t hear me, she told me to pull up to the window in a rude tone. At the window we ordered our food, however decided we also wanted biscuits and a sprite. We told her we wanted those things added onto the order, she rolled her eyes and sighed loudly as if we weren’t allowed to modify our order, when in reality IT IS HER JOB! She proceeded to tell us that we are wasting time and that she needs to attend to the next customer even though there was no other customer behind us, and we hadn’t even stayed long in the drive thru area. Because of this, she told me to pull over to a spot to pick up the food. I parked in a parking spot, she came out rolled her eyes, shook her head, and threw up her arms like “is this girl stupid.” She crossed the street and said I told you to pull up at the front of the store, EVEN. THOUGH she NEVER said that. I misunderstood where she wanted me to go because she was not specific in her instructions at all. I figured since most fast food places have their customers park in a parking spot and bring their food out to them, that this location would be the same, but I was wrong. I apologized and told her I misunderstood, then she told me “it’s okay i know you’re just learning how to drive,” in a very condescending tone. I had just gotten my license and she was using that to undermine me, even though that had nothing to do with why I parked in the parking spot. She handed us our food and we said thanks, my mom checked the food and realized she never gave us a receipt, my sprite was also very flat. THIS WAS A VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION, me and my mother did not feel welcomed, respected, or valued in...
Read moreThis KFC location on main ST is terrible! Every time I go there, I hoped they would do better, but it is still no better. I spend all most $50 there when i order there but they give me half box cold fries, terrible original chicken when I order extra crispy. today I wanted to give them another try, and they are closer to me. so, I pulled up and 2 of the employees where outside in the front smoking, they saw me and one of them a guy put out his cigarette and went inside. I walked in behind him he when behind the counter and told me to give him a minute, I said OK, he then got something off the wall like hand sanitizer and rubbed on his hands then walk away then wipe the rest of the whatever was on his hand on the back of his pants. WHAT was the point of using hand sanitizer if you are going to wipe it off on your dirty pants.? Anyway, I saw he was not the cook but the register guy, but he may also cook too, so am not sure. I try to order extra crispy chicken, and he said they don't have extra crispy and if want it would take like 15mintues. I asked if I want to take the original, I said no I want extra crispy chicken. then the guy in the back yell back to us I would have to wait no 20mins. i told him i can wait 20mins and that he should just cancel my order. they are terrible there. its 12:30 lunch time and am the only one in there and one car at the drive thru and you don't have any extra crispy chicken to give me 8 pieces. I just shucked my head and left. I drove like 15 mins to another KFC, drove up to the drive thru ordered got my crispy chicken in less than 1 min and back home enjoyed my KFC! So, this KFC will now be my new location....
