Went to the one closest to me in Loganville. They had GREAT customer service (young guy not too pushy) He left and the manager came to assist me. He was nice as well. I noted my price range of $1500 and he suggested the outlet in snellville. I went there. Service not so good at this location. Only approached once and that was after being there for 25mins and looking frustrated with my kids lol. I purchased a couch with delivery (not free for me as others have indicated) for under $1500 and applied to my credit card. The girl up front said she would call the next day with a delivery date and if they had the couch in stock. After two days, I called and told them I never received a call about delivery. They said it would be two weeks. No problem for me. After waiting three a half weeks (I don't want to be pushy) I called back today and asked when my couch would be delivered. The guy on the phone was talking to someone in the background and laughing and joking. Then put me on hold. He then stated it will be the 1st of October. Because they would be getting other people's items in at that time. Umm ok? I asked if this was standard, and if they call to give update reminders? He said yeah. I told him I never received a call. He seemed annoyed. I just asked if the original girl who handled the transaction could give me a call. He said yeah and hung up. I did not even give him my number? I had company coming over and I am donating my current couch to someone in need. Clearly being patient and asking questions seems to annoy them smh. Maybe I should be rude and call constantly. I should have stayed at the Grand Furniture near my house, this one has really bad customer service and if it was not for agreement I signed, I would ask for a refund and take my business elsewhere. I picked the beds out then the sales woman (owners daughter) gave me a price for the each bed I was please with it then she took me through the third party process team where I obtain more than enough credit to purchase what I picked out she put everything into the computer with the third party company gave me the total as well as to the third party merchant. I paid my upfront fee of ($39) set my delivery date for that Tuesday and then left the store all excited. After about a hour I received a phone call from the sales lady father who said he was the owner he said to me you will not receive your order (mind you we have a contract at this time) because I am here to make money not loose and these prices are not going to be okay so I am going to cancel your order and you will not receive your merchandise at all. I asked him why and I didn’t make the prices up the sales lady did so as a owner I feel you should honor those prices he said no and then hung up the phone in my face. I called back and no answer. So I later called and asked about my money she said okay you can come pick it up. I said okay came to get my money and then the salesman said he had no clue what I was talking about so I said call Lenna she know he then called her and she claimed she had an emergency to where she had to leave but will be back to the store in 15 minutes so I waited and still no lenna. This here is very unfair how they feel they can just do people because of they mistake. Being treated by anyone rather it’s race or color it’s WRONG! Read moreWe are new to Georgia and needed some very nice furniture. Grand furniture completely had great advertising and referrals so we gave it a shot before any other place. Everyone in the Outlet was very excited to offer help and get us the best set for our living room. We appreciated the genuine feels all around the store. Arlind was absolutely wonderful to us. But obviously the awesomeness did not cease to end there. The Supreme delivery guys, Cam and Douglas were an honor to watch this evening. The weather today as a complete disaster, yet these amazing guys did a perfect prestige job treating our huge living room set with excellent care! It was astounding to encompass two young men work so well together to accomplish a great job. Really! I advise every customer please even recommend these honorable men to service your delivery.
