My family and I visited Zaxby's tonight because we wanted to take advantage of the Falcons deal on our app. Ordering through the app was a breeze! I noticed I had some points accumulated, so I decided to get the cheese curds appetizer using those points. The lady at the counter who assisted me was incredibly friendly.
When I received my order, I realized the sauce was missing, so I promptly went back to the counter. I waited for a moment since they were quite busy, but a gentleman from the back approached me and asked if I needed assistance. I inquired about the sauce for the cheese curds, and he confirmed it was included before promptly giving me some. The rest of my order was perfect. However, my wife’s order was incorrect. Thankfully, one of the female staff members quickly stepped in and corrected it without any hassle.
As we were enjoying our meal, that same gentleman, who turned out to be the manager named Timothy, made his rounds in the restaurant, checking on everyone. He came to our table and asked if we needed anything, and we did have a few requests. Without hesitation, he quickly provided everything we needed. He truly excelled in his role!
As we were leaving, I made sure to tell him what a fantastic job he was doing. He explained that he was the manager, and it was clear he genuinely cared about his customers. We left feeling appreciated and happy, and we definitely plan to return because of the exceptional service from both the staff and Timothy. Read moreThe employees are way too involved in cracking jokes and playing pranks on each other than focusing on giving everyone their food in a timely manner. Watched the food prep sit and stare at a meal on a plate for over 6 minutes before asking the cook where “my food” is. It was a to go order as well. She then proceeded to tell him just put it in a box and then proceeded to not give it to me directly but put it in the online orders area (we spoke directly when I asked about my food when I arrived). Total time it took from order to food being made was 7 minutes, and then 6-8 minutes staring at said food.
I don’t mind having fun at a work environment but it’s not even a fun family environment. They were yelling at each other and everything and most of the staff kept asking each other questions who’s doing what at the moment.

I have been a LOYAL customer for over 15 years and the food has always been good along with the customer service. Unfortunately I can't say the same for this location. This is the 5th time I have been to this location and my experience only gets worse with each visit. However today's experience was by far the worst!!! I ordered a salad and it was so disgusting and inconsistent in every way. First off, I had cucumber ends, lettuce cores and tomatoes cut up all sorts of ways. The tomatoes were chopped in chunks while others were thinly sliced. I can't believe that someone would make this salad look at it and think it meets Zaxbys standards.
