Read moreI had a horrible service experience at this location. The location was having issues with the card reader the day i came in for a couple of sandwiches. The machine malfunctioned and when they requested I put my card on the reader for a third transaction when I already saw the charge clear as day on my account, I refused. At this point my sandwiches were already made, which was not a short period of time later. Instead of just giving me my sandwiches for the inconvenience, they tried to assure me that the original charge had been cancelled and would be refunded to my account within three to four business days. I was not comfortable with running my card again. At this point the rude young lady behind the counter had not even provided a receipt with the refund information on it. The manager was not even in the store to assist with resolving the issue. The lady behind the counter had to call the manager on her personal phone and hand it to me to speak with the manager. The manager informed me that if I didn't run my card for the third time they wouldn't give me my sandwiches. I ended up leaving without food, and I'm sure they just threw the sandwiches away.
