*They do have a code for the bathroom lock, so be sure to ask for it. The men's bathroom was not clean.
Ordered in the lobby. Asked for only ketchup on one whopper and extra pickles on both sandwiches with no tomatoes on both. I asked the lady if we could have extra pickles on the sandwich. I watched AND heard her ask the lady making it. The lady asked, "On both?" Front lady said yes. Paid and waited.
The man in the photo, Jonathan, gave us our order. As he does, the lid to the cup falls to the floor but doesn't offer us a replacement lid and walks away. There are no lids, napkins, etc. in the lobby.
We sit down to only find out that one of the sandwiches just has the patty, lettuce, and ONE pickle. Went up to ask for pickles. JONATHAN, the manager, responds with, "You have to pay for it." WHAT!?!?!?! During the order, that was not stated!!! ADDITIONALLY, it was pretty much a plain sandwich meal at almost $12 each!!!
One of the workers was about to provide the pickles when JONATHAN THE MANAGER takes this very nice lady, physically turns her away from me and tells her no AFTER I said I'd pay for the pickles that ONLY ONE pickles was ON THE SANDWICH to begin with!!! I'm literally standing there at the counter waiting to pay. I told him several times that I'd pay for it, including as the manager is turning the lady away as she is bringing it to me!
I asked why we still had to pay more after taking off the tomatoes, condiments, onions off.... all he kept saying was, "You have to pay." REALLY BURGER KING!?!?!? .25 plus tax is .27 and after running the card, you make 2.5-3% less?!?!?!?! Over 5 pieces of pickles that should have been on the sandwich to begin with!?!?!? People over profits BK. You need to train your manager who acts like he's all that and a bag of chips. He was rude and failed to listen. He is on a power trip. 3 decades in customer service and owning business, he is NOT the type of worker I would have on my team.
He needs to be re-trained. There are other workers there who would make better management due to their much better people skills and...

Iāve never seen scum buildup, garbage over flow, and an overall lack of hygiene to that extent at a fast food joint. My boyfriend, his father, and I are on a road trip currently. We decided to use the bathrooms and get lunch, boy, I am very glad we saw those bathrooms first. I cannot even imagine how putrid the kitchen must be. Completely embarrassed we stopped in, bringing an 84 year old veteran with a compromised immune system. He even warned people as he left the bathroom to not go in there.. heās disabled and the fact that the handicap stall was in the state it was in, infuriates us. How dare management disregard peopleās health that way!! Itās OBVIOSLY not understaffed. We couldnāt even eat there and weāre all frankly starving. Disturbing. Absolutely disturbing.
