Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Soledad

Well, its a chain restaurant. There are Carls Jr. Restaurants everywhere and most serve the same menu. I dont eat fast food very much, but when I do, Carls Jr. Is one of my favorites. I love their malts, fried zuchinni, salads, and chilli cheese burgers. This location has a great staff. The employees here are not only nice, they are polite, as in well mannered. When I say "thank you" , i usually recive "my pleasure" as a reply. When I say "thank you" at other fast food places, im lucky if I get a reply at all. The food has always been cooked to order and looks just like the pictures. Cant say the same about other restaurants. I recieve Carls Jr.coupons in my mailbox. If you do too, you should use them. You can get a ton of food for a low price. Writing this review has made me thirsty for a Carls Jr. Shake. Thats where im headed. One last thing- this location has a huge parking lot. Truckers and RVs are allowed overnight parking here. There is a Fed Ex drop box...

If I was able,I'd give 0 stars. I received my order and as usual my fries were cold. I also asked for an extra side of Bar b que sauce that they put on the Western Bacon Cheese Burgers. I was told,that they couldn't give it to me because they didn't have anymore containers for it. I'm upset because this wasnt the 1st time that they told me this. They tell me that every time I go there. Then I wanted to use three coupons but was told I could only use 2, So ridiculous. If my daughter was able to go inside and use them she would have,but due to the pandemic the lobby was closed. So very disappointed in this establishment. The drive trhu speaker doesnt work. The speaker has been thwir since i was like 4 yrs old and now I'm 30 and it still doesn't work and they move us from paying they say xan you move forward and we bring you your food and they still lagg about 20 mins so we have to honk so they can bring our food and that is so annoying to do every single day staff are noy ment for that restaurant..there for carls jr i wpuldnt recomend for drive thru and please eould you guys put a NEW DRIVE THRU SPEAKER WE DONT WANT THE 90S speaker their we can not hear it specialy because the freeway its next to it to loud noise chek tge speaker its OOOOLLDDDDDD!
