This location WAS open 24 hrs a day (drive thru only). No longer 24 hrs. I am removing 2 stars for that reason alone. Lots of parking including an area for overnight big rig trucks. The breakfast menu is offered 24 hrs a day except they are no longer open 24 hrs a day. I always order sweet tea but for some reason sweet tea is usually not available after 11 pm but they almost always have some ready by 5am. McDonald's coffee has always been very popular and my household is no exception. If you enjoy an Apple pie or cookies with your coffee though, this location usually does not have any available at 5 am. I find that odd since lots of people are ready to start the daily commute to work around this time and many stop for coffee here on the way out. This location is visible from the highway and access to the highway is across the street. Every time I have used the bathroom here it has been clean and stocked. The drive thru late at night can sometimes be slow and many times they will only accept cash. I think this may be due to understaffing but I am not certain. The lady who usually works the drive thru late night is very nice but I feel bad for her because there are times she gets slammed-yet she still manages to smile (I worked in restaurants for many years--I fully understand and empathize) . There is no playground at this location but there is a nice grassy area to walk your dog(s) and stretch your legs out. Businesses in the surrounding area are two gas stations, a few more burger joints, a couple of auto stores, a large grocery store, a CVS, and a couple of hotels. i rated it 3 stars simply because I would rate most McDonald's 3...
Read moreI experienced a mother's nightmare when visiting a McDonald's with my 11-year-old daughter. She painfully caught her finger in the door on our way to the restroom, causing it to bleed incessantly. In a panic, I rushed to the counter, seeking any kind of assistance for my frightened child. Heartbreakingly, I was told that they could only offer first aid to their staff members, leaving us helpless and alone in dealing with the situation. This response left me feeling deeply disappointed and abandoned at a moment when compassion and a helping hand were needed the most. It's a stark reminder of how vital genuine care and immediate support are in emergency situations, especially from places we frequent with our families, expecting safety and understanding. This incident didn't just result in a physical injury for my daughter; it was an emotionally scarring experience for us both, highlighting an area where empathy and human kindness should prevail. I'm sharing our story in the hope that it might encourage a broader conversation about how we can all be more supportive and prepared to help those in distress, no matter...
Read moreI went to the curbside pick up for my food said about 5 minutes for food wait. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for me to get annoyed for waiting so much I had seen someone already go inside and get there food before me so I got off the car to see if my food was ready and the food was put to the side I was furious about the fact that the manager gave me attitude about me asking for my order. I asked them how long has my food been sitting there nothing but silence I told em I better not have my food cold. I got home and notice yeah my food is not fresh therefore I am writing this review I honestly never write reviews but this really bothered me hopefully they can work on that system because it has not been my first experience like this with curbside pickup. This is the only McDonald's that is terrible with curbside pickup service Do Not Wait For Curbside Pickup I promise you will get...
