Ive visited this place a few times, today by far was the worst experience. The service provided was horrible. Backed up orders for over 20 minutes, they got our order wrong after making us wait so long. Management was not present for the majority of the time. She finally shows up, I advise her that they are out of certain supplies out on the floor, (ketchup, straws, napkins) her solution was to bring a roll of paper towels and place them in the front counter, they did absolutely nothing to restock anything, mind you we arrived at 12:15p the beginning of the lunch hour rush, which under good management or management with common sense EVERYTHING would have been fully stocked. Her attitude about me letting her know this was unacceptable. Aside from the service another issue was the hygiene. The lady at the register handling money was handing everyone’s beverage cups to them and holding the inside of the cups. While I waited for my food, one older couple received their cups and immediately threw them out; however did not mention anything to anyone in the arbys team. While in the dining area, as we started to eat our food, a young man with the arbys apron and gloves came back inside and we noticed that he never changed his gloves and continued to handle the deep fryer (fries, mozzarella sticks, etc.) Shortly after that, we see another employee go into the women’s bathroom wearing an apron which is the same one she uses in the kitchen. After this, my co worker and I decided to leave our entire meal at the table, no where near halfway done with it, and walked out. Maybe it was not the best approach, but quite honestly it was better than what I initially wanted to do, which was cause a scene. The employees in there are lacking a sense of urgency. We spent nearly half of our lunch hour waiting for our food. No one works with a smile, this place is not sanitary which is sad because it is in the middle of a great area. CHANGES NEED TO HAPPEN FAST. I will also be reporting this franchise to the better...
Read moreWe stopped here to grab a late dinner after seeing a movie when we were in town visiting my parents. We used to come here pretty frequently growing up, but it's definitely gone downhill.
There was no one in line when we got there. My dad knew what he wanted right away and ordered. We were still deciding so it took us about a minute before we were ready. There were a few people standing around still waiting for their orders.
I stood at the register waiting to order, but no one would take my order. My dad got his food before we could even order. Finally, after standing there for 15 minutes, someone finally asked if anyone had taken my order.
When I asked about how you could use coupons, I got two different answers. That finally got sorted out and we were able to place our order. While waiting for our order, they gave my husband the wrong size milkshake, so some other guy had to wait longer for his.
After being there for half an hour, we finally got our food and took it home to eat. My dad said the service is terrible every time he comes.
They didn't do a great job with the order. My husband got the brisket sandwich and he said it was really dry and didn't have the onion straws it was supposed to. I got the Arbynator which was made right. I probably wouldn't get it again. I prefer just the roast beef. They were also quite stingy on the curly fries.
Arby's is my favorite fast food restaurant, but I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you're okay with really...

Service was always prompt and courteous. Food was always hot and fresh. Service steadily declined as well as the quality and freshness of the food.
The final straw for me was back in April when I waited 40 minutes. YES, FORTY MINUTES for a fish sandwich. I haven't been back until today. BIG MISTAKE. I figured they had MAYBE cleaned up their act a little. I was dead wrong.
I was the only customer inside, there were two cars in the drive thru. Many customers came and went inside the store AFTER me and in the drive thru. I waited nearly 20 minutes for an order of chicken fingers.
The Manager was doing EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING while workers stood around staring off into space, chatting with each other, texting and surfing facebook on their cell phones, and SITTING DOWN IN THE LOBBY.
In short, if you want good food and good service, don't go to...
