Kaitley however you spell her name the so called manager handled customer service very unprofessional and needs more training! Yesterday I decided to use my BOGO coupon like I always do to order my favorite drinks in trenta sizes with no ice . When I get to the window I paid then they handed me a venti size instead with ice . I told the lady I definitely ordered trenta with no ice . She grabbed the drink and said ok I’ll remake it for you . Then she handed me the second drink in venti size as well smh . I told her again it was the incorrect size . She then proceeded to say well we will have to do a refund that will be credited back to your account with 24 hours . I said no that’s not fair that I’m being punished for YOUR MISTAKE. I’ve been a customer at Starbucks for over 7 years and I know fore sure this is not how you supposed to handle this kind of situation. So I asked for the manager which made the situation worst . Kaitley needs to not work at any Starbucks. I know for a fact of coming there for years that they are supposed to repeat my order for no miscommunication and they didn’t first of all that was the first mistake ! Kaitley told me the same of needing to do a refund . She had an excuse of the speaker having problems to why they didn’t understand the order . I told her as a manger you know this is the last option. Especially when YOU MADE THE MISTAKE of not repeating my order , gave me drinks with ice , and the wrong sizes! I told her just give me a refund I’ll go to another location . Kaitley being a smart mouth told me to have a nice day and actually I did ! Because I went down the street to Aurora location where they serve you with respect and I got both my drinks for free thanks to awesome understanding team there ! They couldn’t believe how Kaitley treated me ! Also I called corporate and they gave me extra money to my account for the poor service Kaitley the manager provided ! So free money and free drinks thanks to Kaitley for being unprofessional and not knowing her job duties :))) and I won’t ever be back to this location. I have a large social media platform and I will make sure to warn Starbucks babes about Solon location :) Kaitley now u have great day after reading...
Read moreI had the worst experience today with the manager, Bill at the Solon Starbucks location today. I went to enjoy a breakfast sandwich with my son this morning.
I left one of my business cards on the counter. Then another customer comes by and asks is this my card and offered to place it on the Starbucks bulletin board accross from the Barista station. I thanked her for doing that. Shortly after, the manager bill came over and started raising his voice at me and the other customer about how the bulletin board is only for free community events. I take the card off the bulletin board and apploligzs, he then snatched it out of my hand and went behind the register. I followed him and said I want my card back twice before he gave it back, it was covered with coffee grinds and slightly bent - bill threw the card away right infront of me.
Bill is the worst manager and provides the worst customer service. There is a difference between being informative about what the bulletin board is for, versus being flat out rude!

Read moreThis place is unbelievable probably the worst experience I've ever had in a public place .... I came here with a couple friends with intentions of getting a drink. One of my friends I came with was kicked out of the store a couple months ago but was never formally trespassed and when my friend walked in the worker immediately kicked him out and threatened to call the cops so me and my friends sat on the patio outside. Eventually out of no where the cops pull up and trespass us for no reason I get they are just doing there jobs but one of them was a complete douchebag and really pissed me off but this review isn't about the cops so let's get back to Starbucks. So next I try to talk to one of the workers to cancel my trespass after dealing with the cops for 45 minutes and the worker says and I quote "did u get trespassed? I don't recognize you" which proves I did nothing wrong. And after that they didn't cancel my trespass so tomorrow I will be calling hr about this issue. Thanks for...
