Subway — Restaurant in Solon

If I could rate I could rate this a zero I would. The same guy is there and he is so rude and nasty. Judging from the other reviews I guess I’m not the only one. The first picture is literally a photo telling the customer NOT to use their phone. Who are they to tell the customer not to use their phone for a better experience. When the experience is already bad in itself. Then next picture of the sandwich he didn’t put the amount of chicken my mom wanted for the sandwich and literally said “So you want to pay 2$ extra for more chicken?”. Really?? All the other subways do NOT charge extra for a regular amount of chicken. And DON’T get me started on the rationing he does. I asked for olives and he put literally four olives on my sandwich. A slither of mayonnaise and when I asked for extra packets he told me they had none. Then he tried to justify the reason he rations. He said “I’m not rationing. There’s a way to make a sandwich and a way not to make a sandwich”. Little does he know I’ve worked at a sub shop for 2 year before. So trust me I know how to make a freaking sandwich. And why are you making MY sub by your standards? I’m paying for it, ME. Like if you’re going out of business because of your piss poor customer service just say that. I will NEVER...

Very bad customer service. I was running late so called then beforehand. I was told I would be served as long as I was able to make it to the store before 8:00 PM. They literally closed the door on my face at 7:55 pm. They already had a customer inside when I reached there, but refused to even acknowledge that I was standing outside even thought they talked to me just a few minutes ago. I called them again thinking they would open the door. But the person who picked the phone said we are closed. When asked why was I told that I would be served as long as I was in before 8:00, she said talk to my manager. The ‘manager’ repeated the same but offered no explanation for telling what they told over the phone. Bad experience. Never ever going to this...

Ordered a foot long sweet onion teriyaki, staff measured the meat portion in a weighing scale and took some out but when she placed it on the bread she struggled to cover the entire foot long of bread. The meat portion was equivalent for an 6 inch. While the next customer who ordered the same, their meat portion was not weighed and they got solid portion that's needed for the foot long, almost double my portion. Slightly disappointed on the service from this staff alone but not on other staff who served...
