Burger King — Restaurant in Somerset Township

To preface my review The last time I frequented this restaurant was 2 months ago. Also they are now closed for breakfast on Sundays at least if not more I’m not sure.

Brand new restaurant, horrible old food. How is this even a thing? I would think before opening a new eatery, the staff would be trained on how to prepare food. This picture is my breakfast burrito jr that has just been wadded up into the package. This is par for the course with this place. I have given them multiple chances thinking it might be a fluke, But every time my order is wrong both in what I order and or the preparation. something else is I’ve never actually gotten my food at the window during drive threw. They always make me pull forward and wait 5 mins before walking my food out to me. Not to big of a deal but annoying when it’s every time and mixed with constant wrong orders and low quality food preparation I would classify this business as...

My parents and I went through the drive-thru around 11:15 a.m., and the experience was disappointing. The male employee at the window seemed very unfocused unfriendly and not fully alert, which made the interaction frustrating. My dad had to repeat his order several times, and even then, the order was incorrect I asked for a triple Whopper with cheese but received a double Whopper with no cheese. My dad clearly specified triple with cheese, and the employee even repeated it back correctly, but the order still came out wrong. It felt like the male employee wasn’t paying attention or didn’t care, and the lack of friendliness didn’t help. Well for the first time I thought this is a new location for BK so it should be a good location.... boy was I wrong ordered three meals one just cheese on the burger which was ok then a wopper-jr with everything plus cheese they forgot the cheese and didn't put ketchup on it and a whopper with cheese and ketchup and they forgot the ketchup.... the fries and the onion rings I ordered were about the temp of day old and this at a brand new location burger King corporate office needs to jump in and see what the heck their doing wrong bc pretty much nothing was good about this Burger King next time I'm going to drive the extra 5 min out of my way and go to the one on rt 31 bc they at least have better and hotter fries and haven't ever gotten my...
