Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Somerset

I had to walk over a block to get my food. The driver never apologized and actually had the gal to lead with it being my fault. He claimed I didn't answer when he called. No one tried calling me. Believe it or not cellphones have this crazy feature where they show and save incoming call times and numbers. No one tried contacting me. PERIOD. I checked my online profile and nothing has changed. It's my correct number. When I finally got my food, it was cold and the pizza was hard on the bottom. Which is fun, because I love wasting money. The quality of my food alone would have made me upset, add on the lying and attitude after making me walk so far for a delivery, that I had to pay a fee for makes for a fantastic experience. When I tried to call in to complain, the number listed online does not go to the local store, which was another win with this whole experience. I've ordered here in the past and have had no issues. I'm literally only asking for my food to be delivered to the correct address and for it to be edible. It only takes one horrendous experience to lose a customer. We went there today. My son & I. We got there at 11. The buffet is at suppose to start at 11. This has happened before too. So we're seated no problem the staff is nice. She asked what we we're drinking gave her our drink order & told her we'd like the buffett. Which she intern told us that she'd tell them. & it'd be 10-15 minutes before any pizza would be out. But we could help ourselves to the salad. I wished now we'd got up & left. It was more like 20 minutes later. Then the guy who brought the pizza's out forgot to bring out the serving utensils for the pizza. I had to tell our waitress when she asked how it was going so far. She went & got them. I saw a young man use his hands to get a piece of pizza. In my opinion if the buffet starts at 11 shouldn't there be pizza already done & ready to serve. I read on here that people are usually here from 1/2 -1 hour. We'll no wonder if it takes from a 20-30 minutes to put pizza out. Needless to say it'll be awhile before we go...

Where has Pizza Hut gone with their food! The stuffed crust is a total shame. From the crust being thinner than cardboard, sauce is as sparingly as a few drops and cheese that barely covers the pizza cardboard. Honestly, this is likely some of the worst pizza we had in a very long time. It's likely not even the stores fault as it seems like it comes pre-made from a bag full of frozen ones. Another issue we had is the cups had some kind of film inside them as we had 3 separate drinks and each had something floating on the top. It tasted sorta like soap. Whatever it was, when we asked for a new drink, the new one also came back with same film, but actually more of it. We took a few pictures (attached). Garlic cheese bread was very bland and had little to no cheese and no garlic. We took a chance to visit in hopes of finding some great pizza, but the dining and food experience...
