2 days in a row, i went in and ordered! The portions they were giving were very, very small? I thought the 1st time was a fluke? Went back the 2nd time and was even smaller? To the point I was charged 2x chicken. Yes a $9 burrito turned into a $16 burrito. I was so distracted by the small portion I missed getting salsa on my burrito! I went in and asked for some salsa that I was not even asked if I'd like any at all? The woman directed me to the side of the building where the soda dispenser was and pointed out Tabasco sauce? I thought to myself, are they really kidding me Tabasco sauce on a burrito? I said to the woman I would like the salsa that you make in store and she said that I would have to pay for it, I said fine I will." Get to the counter, and she hands me the container, saying it's on the house? The first time the guy making the burrito was so rude instead of giving me black beans, he gave me pinto beans? My second encounter the guy was so sarcastic and rude, making the portions so Ultra small? I will never shop here again! I will avoid this place and inform everyone i can reach to avoid this store and go elsewhere. Not worth the time to drive there or worth your money. Save...
Read moreI rarely leave reviews, but I felt like I had to after this experience. When I pulled up to the window to pick up my order, the guy working there was extremely rude. He seemed completely annoyed that I was even there and didn’t say a single word — no greeting, no confirmation of the order, nothing. Just handed me the bag and shut the window.
When I got home, I found that my burrito bowl was missing nearly half the ingredients I ordered — no cheese, no sour cream, no guac, no fajita veggies, and what looked like only a half scoop of chicken even though I had paid extra for double protein. On top of that, the chips I ordered were missing entirely. After spending nearly $18, it felt like I received about $8 worth of food, if that.
Overall, this was a really disappointing experience. I expect better when I spend my money somewhere, especially on something as simple as getting an order right and showing basic customer service. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I don’t plan on returning...
Read moreChipotle done right! It's a miracle. I was surprised to see a full bowl like they show on TV. Easily enough for two lunches or dinner and a midnight snack. Plenty of protein, rice, beans etc. Ive had chipotle across the nation at likely thirty different locations. Some are good but most near the cities are terrible. This one is the best of the best. Their workers have a good work ethic. City people don't. Very happy with this location. Very clean and nice. The locals are lucky. They don't have many options there being quite rural and now they have chipotle, five guys, and jersey Mike's. Five guys I won't go to, way too expensive. Chipotle gives you soooo much more for the money. If you ever try making chipotle at home you'll quickly realize how much time, money and effort must be taken. I can make five guys at home easily. Smash a burger in a skillet, put it on a cheap bun and double fry the...
