Was recently visiting this store when I decided to apply for a position, any, because I'm looking to find a second job. Mary (store manager) called me, I had my interview with Kim (shift lead I believe). It went fantastic. She told Mary that she "HAS TO" hire me. I called a couple of days after the interview to find out if I got the job. She stated that I got the job and we set up a date for me to fill out all of my 'new hire ' paperwork. So I did. I met with Mary, went great, filled out all of the necessary 'new hire' paperwork and received my schedule for the upcoming week (it was Friday, I started Sunday morning at 3am opening Dunkin Donuts. I got called this morning (Saturday) by Mary saying that I didn't need to come in Sunday because she was contacted by her HR woman stating that they cannot hire me. She said she didn't give her a reason as to why not. I really don't have ANYTHING that would/could have caused me to be unhireable... Im extremely discouraged, disappointed, and downright PISSED OFF! Read moreWhen I moved to town I was coming to this location daily. After a few weeks, I finally got the hint that the slow drive-thru wait was commonplace rather than just a temporary issue. I began brewing my coffee at home and stopped in occasionally for a donut. This was until I stopped in one day a few months ago and had to wait in line inside the store for a ridiculous 10 minutes just to order (and another 10 minutes for my order which was a coffee, a donut and a bagel). While I was waiting I saw the wall beside the sandwich station had a huge mass of flies on it. Absolutely disgusting. I wrote a review on their website in hopes that management will take care of the problem but from what I saw a few weeks later, they hadn't. Needless to say, between the lack of speed, cleanliness and care from management about these issues, I have taken my service to the Dover location beside Planet Fitness. Although it is a little farther from home, it is on my way to work and has quicker order times with a clean...
Read moreIt seems like every single time I go here atleast 2 employees act as if they hate being there it makes it uncomfortable and it seems to make them not care at all my daughters snackin bacon was missing im home now and don't have time to drive back I was charged for it , being a single father with absolutely no help at all I can't afford to simply give money away! I've been going here for 3 years 3 days a week I always get the same order and spent close to 40 dollars to have my food just thrown into a bag and tossed at me and my order missing food again is absolutely unacceptable if people took a little time to care and less time hating there job things like this wouldn't happen. This isn't the 1st or even 2nd or 3rd time this has happened ill be trying a different store moving forward. When I'm working and goto dunks in rochester I don't have this problem it comes down too additive and pride if you hate your job that much maybe it's time to move to a new job .............
