I started going to this Dunkin’ Donuts every day, and on several occasions I was served by the manager—I don’t remember her name, but she has red hair. More than once she was rude, with no facial expression, almost as if she was mistreating me. She would hand me my order, I would thank her, and she’d just stare at me without saying a word back.
I don’t think it’s right for a so-called “professional,” especially someone in a manager position, to treat people this way. She clearly doesn’t have the basic people skills needed to work in customer service. And it’s not just me—I’ve noticed the way she treats other customers too. When she forgets about them, she acts nice, but when she doesn’t like someone, she treats them poorly. She seems to forget that it’s the customers who pay her salary...
